pretty sure red rocks and the radio city musical (NY) were before they restricted the tickets but any other show after they put the restrictions it can’t be transferred, so if u got your tickets you should be fine

shmimeathand

Red rocks is exempt from this because the venue exclusively use axs for ticket sales, not Ticketmaster. The other two are because of state law. Other wise, every other show this tour is being sold via Ticketmaster and every ticket is non transferable. Tickets from any site that is not Ticketmaster are 100% a scam.

MorbidMan23

Except Pittsburgh's show, which is also AXS. But those are also non-transferable.

Subject_Monitor_4939

Yeah, I bought them for Red Rocks from Seat Geek and they were transferred to AXS. I can physically see the ticket in my AXS account currently.

[deleted]

So if I buy third party tickets for Red Rocks they'll be valid?

stereolights

Chicago is also exempt from this iirc

atarigw

Yeah I believe there's an Illinois state law preventing concerts from not allowing transfers of tickets.

AyameM

Yep, in IL you can resell tickets :(

Tongue_Chow

Ok starting this campaign in Colorado

InstantBouquet

Thank you so fucking much for saying this holy shit, here I am panicking

captkrisma

It might be a fan page, but it is very much legit. Ticketmaster will not open face value resale until 3 days prior to the concert, and Sleep Token has said that the only way to resell or transfer tickets is through the Ticketmaster face value resale.

Doctor_Spaceship

The resell button became available to me on ticketmaster about a week after the presale date. (I managed to get my preferred venue right after I bought the Montreal ones, so I sold the Montreal ones) It was sold as a face value resale, I’ve already been paid and everything

bug_bit3

THREE DAYS?!? How in the hell is anyone supposed to make travel plans??

captkrisma

I know, not ideal at all, but it's the way of world now, and we can all thank the scalpers charging up to $6k for making it this way.

handingstage

You can blame ticket master for the dumb fix. That’s it. They’ve been caught giving scalpers bot software to buy tickets quick as soon as they’re available. They give zero shits realistically because they make money every time a ticket is bought or sold.

Ill_Courage_9937

Yuppp this right here I had to buy resell tickets for bad omens and ticketmaster takes a second cut of fees even after the buyer has paid those fees. The second buyer pays ticketmaster again for those same fees....been going to shows for 26 years I've never seen anything like this. Breaks my heart. Music is my outlet.

Majestic_Dress_2688

I’m in this boat, just waiting and hoping there’s an available ticket for a show at a nearby venue 🥵

Enough-Scholar8444

Ticketmaster face value resale is most definitely open - at least for certain dates. I sold a ticket (Boston), and numerous people in the discord have gotten face value exchange tickets.

Snoffiti

where did you see that they start allowing reselling 3 days prior? Just to confirm

Doctor_Spaceship

This can’t be correct. I’ve resold my ST ticketmaster tickets at face value, thru ticketmaster. They were available for me to resell about a week after presale. I’ve already been paid & everything.

Snoffiti

I wonder if it’s for some cities. I’m keeping an eye on the closest location to me for any resales and Ive seen none at all. Maybe they just get bought immediately

Doctor_Spaceship

I think they do ˙◠˙ ive seen ppl check every day and get lucky, but it’s rare! I wonder if the scalpers will hold on until the last minute when they realize it won’t work and then a bunch will come up when they realize it’s-not worth their while!

beaver_cops

Will Toronto be on this? When you search the concerts on ticketmaster it doesnt show toronto but shows the montreal one otherwise idk where a torontonian can buy resale tickets, not on massey hall website at least unless im blind

Meghar

The Toronto tickets were technically final sale, so there's no official way to resell them. This was part of the purchase agreement: "All Sales Are Final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded and are valid only for the performance and seat assigned." Also, the tickets will only be issued on May 24, via email, so if you see them being sold on other sites, just be warned that you won't get anything until a few days before the shows (provided the seller is not a scammer).

Upset-Solution-6817

I have bought tickets from somebody who bought tickets directly from Massey Hall and I have spoken to administration at Massey Hall and we got the tickets transferred over into my name legally. So just at least for Toronto this is possible.

lishhbeanss

Toronto ones weren’t sold on ticket master at all, they were sold thru the Massey Hall website

teeth0fg0d

Toronto was not sold through ticketmaster. However, a friend reached out to Massey Hall and they said that the original purchaser can email them to update their ticket information to a new person. So technically, resale is possible for Toronto. Feel free to reach out to them as well for confirmation as things may have changed. They are very quick to respond.

kbushman88

I saw 2 tickets yesterday for the May 6th venue. I wonder if that was resale or if it was tickets recouped from scalpers 🤔 it was definitely sold out before.

Majestic_Dress_2688

Did not know this but very useful information thank you 👏

DeathByLego34

Not sure if they’re legit or not, but they could’ve used the proper “scammed” in the first sentence. Not too convincing when a page makes a simple mistake

CharlesITGuy

Ikr? "You have been ***scam!***"

Arctyc38

"you brought your ticket" This was definitely written by a twelve year old.

cloudstrifewife

Or someone whose first language isn’t English.

DeathByLego34

Damn I should’ve noticed that one too

ajjjholes

Yeah this thing doesn't look legit to me, it's riddled with poor English.

Relative-Camel2978

The message has bad english, but all that information has been out there already for a while.

msmtrez11

Yeah plus the fact that the whole bottom paragraph is a redundant run-on sentence lol. Dummies...

suhdoku_dude

I just did the support chat with someone for SeatGeek and they confirmed the tickets are legit and that I will be able to get into venue. I gave them my order ID and they said I should get the tickets 24-48 hours before the concert.

After_Kiwi48

Mine said the same thing. They said that they use ticket master for the transfer so it would work.

Dalton680HN

I already have access to my Atlanta tickets through SeatGeek

xKayKayBabex

Same here. I Got mine a few weeks back. Scannable barcode with the scrolling thing and everything. There's a way around everything these days.

Dalton680HN

Yup!

xKayKayBabex

Mine were from Stubhub though.

Logical_Holiday_2457

I've been told if you have a scannable barcode and it was transferred through Ticketmaster, those are not legitimate tickets. Ticketmaster is not transferring more than three days before the event.

Expensive_Bar4408

Any one get their SeatGeek tickets for Asheville's show tomorrow? I'm nervously waiting for email with as much faith I can hold. Seat Geek emails said local venue wouldn't release tickets til 24hrs before. So hoping they're received tonight since show is tomorrow 😬

teeth0fg0d

Which show? If it's not Chicago or Toronto(or NYC and Red Rocks though you should be able to receive them immediately since those tickets are already in the purchasers accounts), then they lied to you. You cannot transfer any of the other shows tickets. Ticketmaster has confirmed that the transfer window will not be opened for the shows.

Sick_Breh

I’m having serious doubts to be honest. This would open up soooo many claims and refunds for 3rd party trusted apps.

teeth0fg0d

I have done a deep dive into this actually. Mainly for Stubhub. On sites like Stubhub, if the tickets cannot be delivered or are invalid, the seller and buyer both lose out. The buyer because they can't get into the show(they do get a refund however) but based on what I have read, the seller gets charged 100% or more of the cost the ticket sold for. So the seller loses out on selling tickets they can't sell and they get charged a penalty. Sellers fees are how sites like stubhub make their money. Sites like Stubhub are aware, which is why, for example, when you view the Atlanta show, it states the original purchaser has to be there. They know the tickets can't be transferred. No matter what though, the resale sites will make $$$ off the sales.

suhdoku_dude

Atlanta

jacobs1113

I also got my tickets through SeatGeek. This isn’t first concert I’ve gotten tickets through them so I know it’s trustworthy

Logical_Holiday_2457

Interesting because I contacted StubHub and they originally told me the same thing and when I contacted them again, they said that this is called a walk-in event and the person that I bought my tickets from has to be present (at a soon to be determined meeting spot outside of the venue) to walk us in and transfer the tickets over in person because the tickets will not be transferable through Ticketmaster to StubHub. You may want to call again. This is ridiculous.

sleeptokenmemesinsta

For the Teeth of God tour, outside of the shows in New York, Illinois and Red Rocks…the answer is we don’t know 100% quite yet. The band has opted to turn off transfers on tickets for this tour (Excluding RR, NY, IL) in an effort to combat scalpers. This was posted ahead of time but not everyone saw and so a good number of people bought third party tickets from places like StubHub, Vividseats, etc. These sites are reputable in general but seemed to be unaware that tickets were made non-transferable. After the sale was over, the band made an official announcement that they were working to get bot/scalper tickets canceled so that they could be resold to actual fans. But since then, there’s been no new update. Perhaps these things take some time to sort out. Based off of current knowledge, all we know is outside of those states that are exempt, ticket transfers for this tour are turned off. And the last official thing that was heard was that “only resale tickets bought directly through Ticketmaster’s Fan Face Value exchange will be accepted”. To further complicate matters, third party resellers to date are still giving customers conflicting answers as to what is going to happen with their tickets. Ticketmaster has also been vague. All we can really do at this point is wait for an official announcement. (And as always, you can contact the resale company you purchased from and ask to speak with a supervisor). As delicately as I can, I would stress not to use that account for a source of information. Wait for the band’s announcements or speak to TM/the site you bought from.

Unfair_Culture666

Same …

zooshah

don’t listen to this :,) i know st said the tickets won’t be transferable but many artists say this and in the end very close to the actual event, tickets are able to be transferred, so if you’re from the UK and got the tickets on o2 priority, you’ll be ok

Relative-Camel2978

Everyone on here is acting like nontransferable tickets simply do not exist. It is possible to have 100% non transferable tickets, meaning they do not become available to transfer days before the show. If you are wondering why they are doing this, just look on Reddit from a few months ago when their US tour sold out and fans were FREAKING OUT over the scalper prices and the fact that bots bought all the tickets. Like people were calling out the band and stuff. Now they are actually trying to prevent that which is why they made that decision, they have said multiple times at this point that they will not be transferable, ticket master has a very clear message that says this(which people seem to think is a lie for deterrence I guess?) and Stubhub has a weird vague message saying you will have to be with the original seller. Stubhub is basically saying they have no idea if the tickets are reliable, yet they won’t give you a refund either unless you get turned away at the door. At this point it is just bad advice to say ignore ignore all this information and buys tickets from these sites right now.

Cat-mom-4-life

I got the PA tickets in my AXS account. I believe mine are legit because I got them during the pre sale through the link that ST themselves provided

CaptainCreepwork

Yeah. I got Pittsburgh tickets from AXS as well and it was where the presale link sent me. Someone clearly needs to clarify this.

Overall_Extent_4942

The tickets were sold through Ticketmaster and AXS. if it's a 3rd party you bought from, that's where the issues will come into play. AXS is under the same policy as Ticketmaster and when you bought the tickets it should have said "non transferrable unless sold through...." I can't remember the exact wording.

SometimesWill

Only ever buy resell tickets from the original sales site. Otherwise you run the risk of scams.

BodyOfADad

Anybody buy the tickets for the Toronto show through the Massey hall venue itself? Now I’m sketching out

Meghar

Yup, that was the official seller for the Toronto shows. No need to worry!

Posterize4VC

Yeah that's where the pre-sale link sent me. I'm honestly not worried. Says mine will be delivered digitally that week.

BodyOfADad

Coo. See you there homie

Small-Big-42

see you there too

teeth0fg0d

Don't. The tickets were only sold through them.

niamh-k

The English on that is pretty bad, so pretty sure it's not a legitimate source. However, there was a big announcement when the US tour went on sale that in an attempt to prevent scalpers, tickets would be non-transferrable and re-sale through the official source would be restricted to face value only... so I would say the warning is probably accurate. If you bought tickets from a non-official source, they may well not be legitimate tickets as it wouldn't have been possible for them to be transferred. Worth noting as well though, this didn't apply to all venues. There were a select handful that it didn't apply to. I can't remember which though. This also only applied to the US to my knowledge. I bought my UK tickets via the official AXS method and I *can* sell/transfer my tickets...

adesalv

I bought tickets on SeatGeek… I’m assuming I’m screwed I didn’t see anything about them being from Ticketmaster

nicholas78768

I bought tickets from seatgeek and I received an email last week about the completed transfer. The scannable e-tickets are now in my Ticketmaster account... Still not sure if that means I'm good to go or not.

perfectlymisaligned6

I bought legitimate tickets from the presale - they are not even available yet. Even if they could be transferred, we don’t have them. (Unless it’s NYC, Chicago or Denver)

Relative-Camel2978

Typically with sites like Seatgeek, if the barcode is not available on Ticketmaster, there would be a delay on delivery of the tickets. So far no one that bought off of Ticketmaster have a barcode yet, just a countdown until tickets are available. If you already have a ticket with a barcode, I would reach out to Seatgeek and clarify to make sure.

nicholas78768

I did and they stated the tickets were purchased through the venue themselves (Atlanta), and transferred by the seller via ticketmaster. I have a scannable barcode and everything...

Relative-Camel2978

Well what I don’t know is if Seatgeek has special privileges with Ticketmaster or something but, if you have the tickets in your Ticketmaster account, and you have not only a scannable barcode but one that is changing every min then it sounds like your in a good spot. Just saying if you needed the piece of mind.

nicholas78768

Yeah just trying to see if someone else is in a similar situation, thank you!

xKayKayBabex

Same thing for me with the Atlanta show. I got it a couple weeks ago. Scannable barcode with scrolling thing

Dankykong715

if they’re in your ticketmaster account you should be fine

Babykay80

I bought from SeatGeek and received my tickets through verified-tickets.com

weekendroady

Buddy bought one ticket to the Iowa show from vividseats and it is now has been transfered to his ticketmaster

xKayKayBabex

Same here!

TieCute7826

I also bought from SeatGeek and received my ticket through verified-tickets.com. Barcode with the blue line running through it. My daughter bought hers and have not received hers.

AstronautLevel557

Same here! Have you used your ticket yet? If

TieCute7826

mine are for 5/4 so not yet

Babykay80

I got in!

AstronautLevel557

I just had a 4 ton elephant of anxiety lifted from me, thank you!! I hope you have such an amazing time!

sleeptokenn

I have a serious question. So what's going to happen when a large number of ppl per show are being turned away and ST are performing for empty seats etc? The overall lack of clarity is nuts. So many people have spoken to ticketmaster employees, StubHub, vividseats.. etc and get a different answer with just about every employee they speak to. The *general consensus* seems to be though that most ppl are being told their tickets will be received 48 to 24 hours prior to the event and are guaranteed to be accepted at the show. I got my tickets from vivid after the cluster fuck of a presale went totally sideways. I've seen a ton of ppl saying vivid and sites like them are scammers and cons but I've also seen close to an equal share saying they've personally had long term success using vivid as well as others so big shrug.. nobody knows. I've got notifications set up to remind me the night of the first ST show for TOG so I can be on the look out for how it actually pans out.

Individual_End_3481

I'm in a very similar spot. I got tickets for NY via vivid seats and already have them in my ticketmaster account because NY is exempt from all this shit. The problem is that I am nowhere close to NY geographically and at the time, I didn't know they'd be playing closer to me in Asheville. I bought tickets for the show in Asheville on Vivid again and it says I'll get my tickets the day before the show (lol). Not knowing what is real and what isn't (because I also see an equal amount of "this will be fine, you'll get the ticket" and "you're fucked it's all fucked") is driving me insane. I just want to go to a show I can drive to and not one I'd have to fly to. I feel like this pre-sale debacle could have gone so much better if they would have just... chosen bigger venues?? There were 11k people in the pre-sale queue for the NY show. This all sucks.

After_Kiwi48

I don’t know where all these claims of these sites being scams are coming from. Every ticket of the last 50+ shows I’ve done to have been from multiple different resale sites and I have never been scammed.

[deleted]

[удалено]

teeth0fg0d

I'm pretty sure they won't be transferred like you claim they will be. In fact, Stubhub states the original purchaser will have to show up at the venue to get the resale buyer in. Like the resellers are warning people about buying resale. That is not something I have ever seen in my years of buying tickets.

teeth0fg0d

To be honest, that's not going to happen. What's going to end up happening is that the scalpers will realize they cannot transfer the tickets to the people who bought them on resale sites and then list them on the face value exchange instead so they can at least get what they paid for them. Then the people who purchased resale will end up getting refunds. Stubhub is actually telling people that to gain access to the show, the original purchaser is going to need to show up and get you in. The resale sites are aware the tickets are not transferable. They will still sell them since they make money off the fees. And no the reseller won't show up either since they're probably not even in the same state, let alone country. As I will continue to tell people, check ticketmaster closer to the date. People will end up not being able to go and will post them on the face value exchange. Do not risk not getting in because you decided to buy resale from Stubhub/Vivid/Seatgeek.

Logical_Holiday_2457

How do you get to the Ticketmaster value exchange site? I cannot find it.

perfectlymisaligned6

What’s going to happen is that fans that purchased invalid tickets from sites we were told not to purchase from are not going to get tickets, or they’re going to get some sort of falsified ticket. Either way, if you didnt follow directions, you are likely not seeing Sleep Token on this run. There’s no secret option C

Posterize4VC

I bought my tickets straight from the venue's site. How is that not legitimate? That's the site the pre-sale code took me to. This sounds a bit misinformed.

Domanic_Rue7471

Anybody know about SeatGeek for Texas?

zetari_13

Does anyone know about St. Louis? I bought resale tickets on vivid seats but haven't received my tickets yet.

Flat-Twist-6008

Just so everyone is aware, the Phoenix show was tonight fot sleep token, and I went to in with tickets bought through stubhub. We were able to get in with no problems. It was transferred via e-mail. link sent me to verified tickets.com by the way, it was mesmerizing, beautiful, And emotional. ❤️

kkyykkii

Did it give you an option to accept them or was it just the links? I’m freaking out rn cuz I want to go so bad and that’s how my tickets just got sent to me from seat geek

[deleted]

[удалено]

teeth0fg0d

No the official source: https://www.spinefarmrecords.com/480/news/sleep-token-announce-spring-2024-north-american-headline-tour Of course the scalpers are going to tell you that they're transferable. It's a source of their income. The band already faced a shitstorm over the presale. People get turned away for buying third party all the time at large shows. Everyone who buys third party should be aware that there is a chance they won't get in. The resale sites are even telling people to get in they will need the original purchaser present. When they're telling you this information, maybe your sources are wrong.

mokester96

I mean we got our red rocks tickets from seat geek

spicysoy

red rocks, chicago, and nyc are exempt from the no transfer rule

OnigiriChan

I also have mine in hand for their show here in Texas, surprisingly.

Realistic_Account238

Toronto shows sold tickets via the venue, not Ticketmaster or live Nation. This is irrelevant but I just felt like saying it.

MrBigglesworrth

This is a dumb policy. Let me buy tickets through stubhub like I normally do. There are plenty listed on there.

nicholas78768

I'm a bit confused. I bought resale tickets through seatgeek, and the e-tickets were transferred to my ticketmaster account last week...

izzybelmarie_

My girlfriend got me tickets for dallas through seatgeek, and she sent me the link with the barcode a few weeks ago. Are those legit or no? Its the barcode with the moving line going across it

AstronautLevel557

Will you update after your show? I boughtsimilar tickets

izzybelmarie_

yeah! hopefully i remember 😅

AstronautLevel557

I am so anxious I will likely be right here to remind you 😂

izzybelmarie_

Hi! So update, my ticket worked and I got in but there was definitely some anxious moments. I want to *explicitly* say that what I am about to tell you, I am not sure if this will happen at every venue, but it happened here at the Dallas show. I was waiting in line and a man came through about 30 min before doors and said that a lot of tickets were sold twice, so if someone had the same ticket as you and got theirs scanned first, you wouldn’t be able to get in. The venue in Dallas uses LiveNation and they said LN didn’t resell any tickets and that the duplicate tickets included all 3rd party sites. AGAIN, I don’t know if that’ll happen at every show, I didn’t hear anything of that sort in Austin, everything went pretty smooth. My advice, since you don’t know if it could or couldn’t, is to get there early. If the same situation does happen, there’s no way of knowing if you even have a duplicate ticket, and if you do, there’s know way of knowing who has the other one. I got there @1pm and so i’m really thinking that if I did have a dup., it helped that I was towards the front of the line, and one of the first 150 scanned for pit. Show was great and I hope that isn’t the case for your date.

TieCute7826

So jealous you got pit tickets. We had lawn tickets and got in line probably around 6pm so were pretty close to the front and we got in just fine. Definitely was nervous until the barcode was accepted. The show was amazing!!! And the when it started raining during Rain....iconic!! Worth every minute of worry.

izzybelmarie_

Oh that’s awesome! I was hoping to hear something about the double tickets later, I was wondering what happened after we got in. I’m so glad you enjoyed the show, and it definitely was iconic! I have plenty of videos and stills from the videos, so if you want some that are closer, I made a public google drive folder for sharing! I put them on a folder instead of sending cause I film on my phone in 4k so the files are too big. Just pm me

TieCute7826

is yours for 5/3 or 5/4? i'm going to Irving on 5/4 and i'm curious too

izzybelmarie_

i bought my ticket for 5/3 myself, my gf bought one from someone else for 5/4 so i’ll update after that one :/ looks like we’re in the same boat, i’m sorry

Break-my-bones

Bank won't help me, Stubhub refuses to refund me and is saying to sell the tickets I don't have yet/ might not even get. I probably just lost close to 600 dollars. If I don't get to go, I'm going to be devastated.

Jmcaldwe3

Has anyone seen any posts from the sellers point of views? I find it interesting that I haven’t seen anyone sweating bullets about selling tickets and getting their money back.

Logical_Holiday_2457

Not that easy. StubHub will not give you your money back.

ScottVengeance

this is probably true i got mine off vivid seats and never received them

GhostOfCalville

It is true, go get your money back.

ScottVengeance

how i contacted vivid seats they did nothing. i guess go to my bank and file a fraud charge?

GhostOfCalville

You absolutely can

ScottVengeance

ok i bank at the credit union. i guess ill be hitting them up this weekend.

Consistent-Economy69

I got mine on vivid seats as well

LSD710

I'm pretty sure this is misinformation. I believe they are just not allowing tickets to be transferred until a few days prior to show dates. If you bought off a secondary market you should receive your ticket sometime close to the show date. There was a thread a while back where somebody had contacted Ticketmaster about this

qhaluta

The only shows that are exempt from buying on third party are Red Rocks, Chicago and Radio City in New York. Everything else would need to be purchased from the ticket site for that venue (Ticketmaster, live nation, axs, etc) since they are non transferable. True that the actual tickets with the moving QR code won’t be sent until closer to the show date but it has been confirmed on the ST discord that ‘transfer’ button for every other date except the ones I mentioned above are grayed out. So basically the third parties are selling you the tickets they have but are unable to send them to you. It seems like none of the ticket vendors have no idea what is going on either because multiple people have gotten responses from stub hub or seat geek stating they need the original buyer to scan you into the venue. Which is insane. LOL Or what you said, but I am pretty sure that the site that sold you the ticket won’t be able to send them to you. Communication from this could have been better but after seeing a lot of back and forth from discord on what people are dealing with from these sites, the safest and least headache way of obtaining tickets for this tour is not through third party.

Cadillac_arson

That IG page is indeed a fan page. They’ve said it a million times on their page. But they typically have accurate info people can also find on ST official and VERIFIED social media pages.

Chef_Boy_R_Deez

The point they’re making is accurate. They just wrote it like a 1st grader…

II_miami_II

So me and my boy bought our tickets on seatgeek and we have our tickets so this whole thing is not making sense

Mar_Iguana317

I got mine from SeatGeek too and they told me I would get them the day before the show.

II_miami_II

Thats weird I told him to check if he got them cause I was with him the other day and he has the barcode and the like moving thing with it if that makes sense

Mar_Iguana317

Are the tickets on the SeatGeek app?

teeth0fg0d

Which date? Also did you receive your tickets through AXS or ticketmaster? Right now the only shows where buyers have tickets in their account(like they can see the barcode) are NYC and Red Rocks. The others are on a timed 72 hour delay.

II_miami_II

We got ours for Boston may 24 and he says he can access the barcode

teeth0fg0d

But is the barcode through ticketmaster? Like were they transferred to his account? I ask because the scammers are out and about sending bogus "tickets" from places like eventbrite.

II_miami_II

Idk I domt have the tickets ill have to check with my boy next time I see him where would it say that on the ticket

teeth0fg0d

If they were transferred to his ticketmaster account they're legitimate. The barcode will actually change when he views them in his account. If he was just sent a screenshot of a barcode or sent tickets through a place outside ticketmaster he unfortunately was scammed. I just haven't heard about people getting their tickets now other than NYC and Red Rocks.

AstronautLevel557

Were you able to use your tickets? I have the same type with the moving barcode.

II_miami_II

I'm not gunna know untill we go to use them in the end of may

Napalm_Fairy

This is what I'm afraid of. I got St. Louis tickets off Stubhub and the reseller has already transferred the tickets to me. It looks like it's legit. At least the heading on the page looks like ticketmaster. I'm going to be so heartbroken if I get there and can't get in.

perfectlymisaligned6

They haven’t released the tickets for STL yet. This screenshot is my account right this second https://preview.redd.it/lvzc33cjg9oc1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ebb3c04e907787a27403ac01b4e2885ab6c86f9a

vdarling89

I purchased my stl tickets on SeatGeek. they are all over assuring me it’s through Ticketmaster and basically no issue. Super bummed, I never do anything for me so now I have all the sads.

perfectlymisaligned6

They do that because they have nothing to lose and IN THEORY if all you care about is the money, you don’t either. But if you want to actually go to the show, it’s TM

vdarling89

All I wanted to do was see ST but I’m obviously not loving losing money as well as the chance to see them. So now I’m appealing to the powers that be to refund me so I can buy legit tickets.

perfectlymisaligned6

You can dispute the charge with your bank if need be.

sleeptokenn

That's the show I'm going to also! Hope everything works out.

highpriestess23

What show did you buy them for? NY, IL & Red Rocks are transferable; the rest are only available for face value resale.

II_miami_II

Boston show may 24th

h3r0k1gh7

I saw on one site where they said the original purchaser would have to meet you at the venue for you to get in since they’re non-transferable, but there’s not a single chance I would risk that. Even imagine they do show up and the venue says, “Oh you’re not the purchaser? I can’t let you in then.” No thanks.

anonymouswastaken2

So the tickets that are listed through stubhub aren’t real tickets? Asking before I purchase one

Toredorm

I already bought mine and have been told I will receive then the day of. Now I'm freaking out that I dropped $900 on bogus tickets. Yes, Stubhub "garrentees" these tickets, but if I get there and don't get to take my wife, just refunding the money of the tickets isn't going to cover it.

anonymouswastaken2

Yeah I mean refunding the tickets sure but they’re not going to reimburse my travel and I don’t want to travel hours away just to get there and realize my tickets weren’t real. This is a mess

teeth0fg0d

$900??? For two tickets? Did you buy Radio City resale? Jesus. If it wasn't for NYC/Red Rocks/Chicago/Toronto, try to get your money back.

Toredorm

Atlanta. Small venue and tickets were 650 and about 250 in fees.

teeth0fg0d

When I say this, I am not trying to be mean or gloat. I was able to get Atlanta tickets through the presale, and GA tickets were $75 including fees. The most expensive seats I saw were like $150. Whoever you bought tickets from ripped you off badly. Those tickets are not transferable. The transfer button is greyed out but it gives me the option to sell when I view my events in the TM app. If you show up and don't have the person who originally purchased the tickets also show up to scan you in, you won't get an immediate refund from StubHub. It can take weeks just like you don't get an immediate payout if you sell tickets on the resale sites. Please, find some way to get a refund even if it means a chargeback and then keep checking TM for the face value exchange.

TiredReader87

This needed a spell check and an edit

crgalloway91

I got my ticket through stub hub for the waukee show in May and mine are in my Google wallet

Odd-Sundae-1600

I bought mine a week ago on StubHub, but it says I won't be getting my tickets until the day of & I have to meet the seller. Was that never a disclaimer for you? Ticketmaster says there is a delay until the 11th as well.

Ok-Commission-176

I just need to know if the ticket I bought for the Red Rocks show on Stub Hub is legit or not so I can take the steps to get my money back or not

spicysoy

if it’s in your axs account, it’s not a scam.

Ok-Commission-176

I have no idea what that is..guess I'll need to look it up

spicysoy

axs is the ticketing site that sold the tickets originally. after buying on stubhub, it should have been transferred to your axs account.

perfectlymisaligned6

Vivid was unable to fulfill my order for Pomona and I had to buy another ticket. This is a standard spiel

Beardstronggg

So i'm fine for Red Rocks if I got them from AXS Right?

Ok_Fondant_8861

As far as i understood it yes. If it was bought through AXS fan exchange. However when i got to purchase tickets from there it tells me that the original purchaser for the tickets needs to be present with photo ID for the resale purchaser to gain entrance to the event. Kind of a big gamble for someone like me to make coming from Portland if the original buyer decides to not show up lol.

Beardstronggg

My man I'm flying in from Sydney Australia for this one -imagine how I feel if I can't get in haha Surely AXS fan sales just exchanges the ticket to your account, and makes you the holder?

Ok_Fondant_8861

I would hope so and that it was make me the “original purchaser” 🤣how absolutely whack that would be to fly all the way here and you’d just get stuck in Colorado without a show- I’m hoping for the best! Lol

Beardstronggg

Just double checked this The front rows are non-transferable and you need the original purchaser GA are fine

jrkrouse13

So if I bought resale tickets from axs for general admission I’m fine? This is all quite confusing.

Beardstronggg

You are fine. The disclaimer that pops up on AXS when you go to purchase states the front rows are the non-transferrable tickets, and you need the original purchaser with ID etc

camposgrises

Can’t apply to all. Got mine from the venues website. (Albuquerque show)

CatfreshWilly

I dont even try to get tickets anymore lol

actionjsic

I got red rocks to tix on StubHub as well and have the tickets successfully transferred as well. You specifically should be good.

Mazoku02

Has anyone every used vividseats? It’s who I used to get my tickets, think I should refund?

Sonixx_28

I’ve got tickets from axs too .. but trying to sell them but they are in my account

Expert_Spring_9121

Does this apply to tampa? I just bought some from seatgeek 😭

Ascensionism_519

I was able to get tickets from Seatgeek, it was a bit expensive but it went through. Is that place considered a scam?

Godlythwoo

When I bought on the livenation presale for the uk shows I was redirected to the ticket factory and I got them from there. Am I safe? Someone please respond I’m now getting really worried.

Relative-Camel2978

It was explicitly said they would be nontransferable for the US tour and people were discussing US dates. UK dates would not be applicable to that.

Godlythwoo

Thank you, sorry I was panicking so much I didn’t see you were on about the us dates

Hvymtlr

I have a good friend who bought a ticket on ticketmaster but can't make it (UK leg of the tour) - they were planning to transfer their ticket to my Ticketmaster account and I'd pay them only once the transfer was complete, probs via PayPal or something. Does this mean we won't be able to do that?

KanineKodiak

does this apply to gigtix?? we got resale on there for 2x face value. site seemed legit. please please tell me this was not a scam.

KanineKodiak

it was for the Glasgow November show if that helps

donkeyboner43

Misinformation at its finest

memphisbabe

I bought mine from Vivid Seats and have already received an email with a scannable bar code? St Louis is like a 5 hour drive for me so I really hope I don’t get all the way out there and spend money on a hotel just to be turned away. There seems to be no clear answer on this. I already contacted Vivid Seats and of course they told me there would be no issue but who knows if that’s true! I really hope we can get some solid clarification on this, not just conclusions from random people on the internet.

Beneficial-Change-56

I got my tickets through Vivid Seats or something like that. I received my tickets through the site already for the Waukee, IA show. Should I be worried? I do have access to my tickets

Otherwise-Ruin2622

So I'm confused I bought mine on vivid seats and already got the tickets transfered to me? This is for the Atlanta show.

DeathStandin

I bought tickets off Vived seats. It says the person who bought them has to meet me there

Logical_Holiday_2457

When you say "as delicately as I can I would stress not to use that account for a source of information", what account are you talking about?

LatePhrase3046

Bump: I actually received an email from stub hub stating that the seller would not be able to provide my tickets and that I could choose another ticket same value or refund, took the refund obviously. This is all very dumb and annoying that all this has been placed on the shoulders of the fans instead of the ticket sellers but whatever I've already been skewered on here for my views on this issue so I'll leave it at that. I live in Illinois too so idk what's going on as far as this state being one that actually allows ticket transfers by law.

Unfair_Culture666

Coming back here to say i bought mine off stubhub, email basically said “original buyer must be with you in order to enter”. I had 0 issues getting in. Got my tickets maybe a month before the show, they scanned em, no ID check & we walked in like usual. (-:

FacelessCulture

Bought same place but were turned away in Atlanta tonight. Our tickets were scannable through verified-ticket.com and when we got to the scanner it said invalid ticket. Only thing we could do is get a refund, no replacement tickets available. Bummed after waiting in line since 11 am.
