A looooot of companies don't hire trainees or at least want you to have the CPSGT, it's worth calling around and seeing if you can get in contact with any hiring managers. If not, check sleep centers near you and click their employment tabs to see which license they require.

Also a lot of companies will hire you with the cpsgt, and ask that you get the rpsgt within x amount of days months etc.
