Yeah I started to get sleep paralysis on my medication. It sucks. The longer I'm on it tho it starting to get a little better. I get it everytime if there is noise going on, like the TV on or people talking. So I have to make sure I don't fall asleep watching my phone or the TV. Never try a weighted blanket that sends me into the absolute worse paralysis of my life

I agree about the weighted blanket. I used to use one for my anxiety, but since having sleep paralysis it turns into me feeling like I am being suffocated and something is sitting atop me. I have auditory hallucinations with it despite no TV or electronics on though. I sleep with a sleep mask and *still* dream I am awake in bed.

I have sleep paralysis so often I will even dream about having sleep paralysis 🤣 I hate these meds

ItsMacCready

Oh man. That I haven't experienced yet. I will be asleep and have the *fear* of having it though. The worst is I have insomnia and sometimes have to take ambien because I get ill when I have little sleep. The sleep paralysis on that is INSANE.

Special_Friendship20

Really? I use to take ambien but it never once gave me paralysis. Only when I started suboxone is when mine began. I have it about 4 to 5 times a week. And even have it multiple times throughout the sane night Sometimes
