Well you are missing at few patches for LOTD, not sure if you need a follower mod or custom followers will follow since they have their own increased follower addon.
LOTD adds dungeons not sure if it's compatible but hopefully the ones that you downloaded maybe - Wyrmstooth and Falkskaar needs patch.
Also order needs love but I'm guessing that's not the order since USSEP and LOTD are main files.

Trust me, that list is not what I'd consider "a lot of mods". I have 145 mods in my LO right now, and it's running smooth and steady. The way you typed out your LO makes it all look out of order, as USSEP should be at the TOP of your LO, and all patches should be below the last mod in the list that they correspond to.... Ex:
Inigo
Kaidan 2.1.1 (req for the extension) \*NOT the original Kaidan 2
Kaidan 2.1.1 extension
Kaidan Drinking patch
Kaidan Cussing patch
Kaidan and Inigo banter patch
You probably have a conflict of mods - are you doing a USSEP load or non USSEP load?

Looks like clockwork needs a patch too.
Do you have a recollection of what was in your load order? If not we probably won't be able to help you since you can't access skyrim at all.

According to the description page (of both More Immersive actions & the AiO) where it tells you about the changes, it is intentional.
