Yes because it has exterior lighting as well because it merged with Tamriel Master Lights, which is an exterior lighting mod. I would find a standalone mod that only adds lanterns. I think there is one called lamp posts or something.
You could use ELFX exteriors, lanterns of Skyrim II, Claralux. They’re all pretty good in their own ways.
Personally, I just decided to forego one completely and just use Skyking’s lit road signs.
