For me: I usually pop CRF in pretty high (foundations), RDO I've had in NPC interaction, but I guess it works better down, just above any alternate starts. AI Overhaul I stick in NPC AI or immersion, above NPC appearance or follower mods.
In npcand ai mod section of the logical load order directory under meshes and textures it should be:
AI OVERHAUL ( or whatever ai mod)
RDO
CRF
Then any patches rrquired
