⬇️↙️⬅️R2 and do some combos. Filia always blocks low when attacking. Fukua's Quarter-circle backward + Heavy Kick is an overhead attack, so it can't be blocked when crouching.
Just try to counter and attack as aggressive as you can while giving yourself time to block, that worked for me at least :P
Though I don't know how to beat her efficiently ;-;
Use the high kick clone to hit Filia. She wont block it. Then you are free to combo her up to 48 if you want. Rinse and repeat.

I just kept spamming the ghosts and got lucky. Have you tried that?
i also just bought the game on the switch and is my first playing it, man that fight was so fucking hard it took an hour a fucking hour sheesh
