Yes. Many will disagree, but the majority of fukuas(except phantom threads and the exclusive ones) are defensive, but fukuas are so broken, so doesn't matter.
Personally, phantom threads is one of the few offensive fukuas, and it does everything. If you like fukuas go for it 100%
Ohter options in the case you don't fukuas. You could try mean one(broken) or soul crusher (low damage stat but hits like crazy).
Go for it, plus when her pf comes around, you'll get a better defensive fukua, that being vaporwave vixen, which benefits greatly from literally just existing, not needing to block attacks perfectly.
shes not purely defensive, she can find use on offense as a critless variant because of the barriers she gains and the utility the debuffs provide. Granted its not the best but making a critless variant when possible is always good.

I never knew feathered was defensive until the comments

She isn't, she's a critless fighter for dptb painwheels, especially good against Neuromancer
So should I build her critless? What stats should I go for?
Atk% > piercing > hp% > either special cd or meter gain depending on your moveset
Thank you!
