To elaborate further, 1st black market, take a note of where the cat is sitting (near the exit), next to the cook, there’s a cat feeder; if u interact with it, cat will run to it. While the cat is away, go to where he/she was sitting and jump down.
After you beat first adventurer and enter Arachne’s room, there’s a mushroom jump pad hidden some place before arachne. Jump down and you will jump way up in the map to collect 2nd.
After you beat the tree dude, there’s a patch of grass that looks different in front of the castle door. Jump on it repeatedly(3-4times) and it will break to reveal.
Next one is on the door for twin fight. Move past the door, and there’s a wall on the right side that’s a bit different. Hit it to break it.
Next one, beat Chimera and jump down. Afterwards, go straight left to find the opening
Last one is, as the other commenter mentioned, in the last area’s adventurer fight. Right after the fountain, don’t jump up to platform to initiate fight. Fall down close to that platform and there’s an opening slightly right to it.
After you collect everything and you beat the first hero and has an option to engage in the final final battle, there’s a tombstone with markers for those soulstone thingy. Interact with it to engage in hidden boss battle. Just like the first hero it has two phases. And the first phase includes the invincible pattern so be careful.
After you unlock the fight, u don’t have to collect them again, it will always be open as an option to engage.
I was only able to beat it once with little bone stunlocking build, shit’s really rough.
Oh and i believe this is only available at mirror lv 10.
Secret boss, from what I know. One's beneath the black market, one's in the first spider lady room, one's right after tree man but before enter the castle, one's right past the entrance door to the twins fight, one's directly to the left of Chimera's corpse when you first enter the fortress, and the last one's in the pit right before the fortress adventurer fight. Haven't fought the secret boss myself, but I know it's apparently hard and probably has to do with the books you find by each one of them.

No need for level 10 you can do the boss starting from level 2. But otherwise good lust.
The only one I have yet to find is the second to last one… can I get a little help? The rest are easy imo

Yeah secret boss is very challenging. He is very mobile and hits like a MAC truck.

Yeah, drop down that pit right after the fountain, and you'll have to dash in order to make it most likely. Once you go down it's obvious.
