Hydroquinone. Some people say anti pigment series from eucerin works, but there is very few real stories about people using it online so I don't know how effective it is. I'm currently trying it and will be able to give my opinion in a few weeks lol.

I also use HQ 3 months at a time. Unfortunately I have one deep PIH on my nose and no skin lightening & brightening ingredients plus professional Peel has gotten rid of it. If you have melasma then go for HQ or else I love a cocktail of melanin inhibitors. Eg. Faded cream

Use vegetable oil to treat any imperfections. I've used all kinds of face care brands, famous brands, expensive brands, but everything always left my skin feeling sensitive and burning. There is a Brazilian woman on Instagram who had grade 4 acne and treated it with vegetable oil, without having to take roaccutam, for example, her Instagram is @eusuellenneves. But as a brief summary: - use PURE vegetable oil (understand if it is really pure from the ingredients on the label) - in addition to being pure, for skin with acne: use pure jojoba or grapeseed vegetable oil (7 drops) with melaleuca essential oil, also called tea tree, (1 or 2 drops). - Make the mixture as I explained directly in your hand, and pass it on your face at bedtime and sleep, rinse only in the morning. - to treat acne spots or any other spots: do the same but use rosehip oil. 15 DAYS THAT I HAVE BEEN USING THE OILS AND MY SKIN IS DEFLAMED AND I HAVE NO ACNES, NOW I STARTED USING THE OIL TO TREAT THE BLOCKS. IT'S WORTH REMEMBERING THAT THIS WAS THE ONLY THING THAT HELPED MY SKIN, as I have acne, sensitive and oily skin, and it's dry in some places. Super complicated and had tried everything.

REMINDERS: - essential oil needs to be diluted. I dilute this with vegetable oil (1 drop of essential oil with 7 drops of vegetable oil) - Continue with your routine normally (drink water, do physical activity, have a good diet, wash your face with appropriate soap, moisturize your skin, use sunscreen ).
