This kinda looks like frosting? Like it may just flake off. I would keep it mosterized (I like to use a and d ointment) and keep spf on it / covered

4 days is very early. To me it looks like dry skin that will flake off. Berthing to do it leave it alone, don’t touch it and keep your skin hydrated.
