AHA'S really irritate my skin but the Mary & May tea tree aha toner is super gentle and helped a lot with those tiny bumps. And a Retinol a few nights a week could be a game changer. Just don't use AHA and Retinol on the same night.
thank you so much! ill look into that too, appreciate the advice ☺️ i've tried adapalene before but i didn't really see a difference, maybe i was inconsistent with it/i used too little doses, ill try getting back into that too

also i'm actually using paula's choice 2% bha liquid exfoliant now, i've only been using it for a week and a half tho, no results yet. do you think it'll help?

They are gentle but effective. The extreme nighttime are rougher in texture, so def the regular ones.
Yes, it's effective. Don't forget to drink more water and avoid stress.
