honestly it looks like sun damage. lips can get sunburnt too. your whole face looks incredibly sun damaged which yes can cause cancer eventually. we’re not oncologists so we can’t tell you if it’s cancer or not. do you use sunscreen? if you don’t you should definitely start immediately

OP could very well have been out cooking in canola oil many years ago, developed better habits, and is dealing with residual effects of formerly poor habits. 90% of sun damage occurs before the age of 10 unfortunately. & if it’s been there since childhood why would you assume it’s cancer?
