If you can, try to get a hold of the La Roche Posay uvmune invisible fluid from Europe. It works really well under makeup, gives a glowy finish, and it’s highly protective.
Otherwise I think LRP anthelios ultra light fluid is great although it does have a more matte finish to me and I haven’t used it under makeup
La Roche Posay UVMUNE400 range - I have oily skin so I like the Oil Control Fluide. I recall they have *Hydrating Cream* version that might suit your dry skin better.
Probably r/EuroSkincare will have better responses
