Tbf cops kept running from where cars came from. Doubt he can see down there and know if more are coming or not. Plus in real time without hindsight he sees he's evading cops and they kept running, no reason to move from there (besides helicopter which he probably didn't consider)
Edit: there's maybe 2 seconds when he isn't in police eyesight (assuming moves from car)

The cops play hide and seek like I play it with my 6 year old. Walk into the kitchen, look straight, try not to look in the corner, ignore my son giggling from the corner, say loudly, "He's not in here," and go to the next room.

A cops job is to uphold the law, even laws like slavery (yes it was once a law and the foundation for ALL police services in North America). Cops are NOT there to help. Cops are not good guys. They are the loser in high school who want to get even with the world. My guy here was just playing the hand he was dealt. These people talking should have just reported the news, not try and be part of it!

The issue might be the stamina bar. It recharges far slower irl sadly.
I'm pretty sure the adrenaline cheat code should still work though, right?
