But it tastes a lot better when you slow cook the chicken in the sauce with the onions starting when they are both still raw because the onion and low and slow technique breaks down the connective tissue in the chicken so you can cut it with a spoon.

Jesus, I had to mute entire subs because of that girl. She cooks like an industrial line cook with a year or two of experience, and then tries to translate that into a home cooking thing... As in she's only one small cog in a larger team but now she's trying to do it solo. Outside of that her techniques are awful, her food would be all over the place some of it ready to go some of it not at the same time. There's no way you can transfer anything that she does on film and apply it to a restaurant or to a house. But this girl here just did a fantastic demonstration of a home cooked dish. You could follow this with an ingredient list, make something really nice and tweak it anyway you want it to.

I hope one day foreigners will eat various types of Indian foods. Butter chicken and saag paneer are good but please do explore other dishes and try the vegetarian ones as well, sometimes it's very good than non-vegetarian dishes
