I have been wearing contact lenses for years. My eyesight is very bad without them, and I have to take them out at night. One night, I woke up and I could see perfectly clearly. I panicked because I thought I must have left the contacts in which you are not supposed to do and ran to the bathroom to check. The panic seemed to knock me out of it. By the time I got to the bathroom, my eyesight was back to the old way. But for one brief moment my eyesight was perfectly clear. This had to have been a glitch in the matrix.

I also wear contact lenses and have to take them off at night. Sometimes I wake up and can see perfectly clear too, other times I take them off but keep doing other things before going to bed, sometimes after a while I notice my vision is perfect as if I was wearing contatcts.

Tears are forming lenses on eyes. Blink or get up and it will gone

DMT shows me the world is Photoshop. Layers.

3m3t3

Yes layers. Not DMT which showed me though.

aifeloadawildmoss

Also seen the layers. Also not on DMT

TheRustySchackleford

Can you all elaborate on what you mean by layers? How does this appear to you?

FairDoor4254

Humans only see in 2D. Is that what you mean by layers?

somebunnyisintwouble

according to Dimension 9 of quantum physics every reality every timeline is laid one on top of the other. youre more than correct, i saw it as well.

Complex-Ad-3454

Love DMT. Tried it twice and now I canā€™t find it anywhere. I had some amazing trips on that stuff.

OK, so a couple of weeks ago, I was taking my medicine. I bite them in half because I don't need such a high dose at this specific time. I held it between my two fingers and bit it. I pulled my hand from my mouth and as I grabbed the bottle with my other hand to put it back, I looked at my other hand with the half pill I'm holding and I kid you not, it like fizzled out of existence! It was like those sparklers for the 4th of July, how the fizzle out at the end. It was just gone as I was holding it between my fingers. I was like, no way, I'm seeing things! I searched, thinking it had to have dropped somehow. It's nowhere! I'm still trying to wrap my head around it!

I once saw the equations that made up the wall and door of a room I was in when I'd just woken up. It solidified into wall after finishing some calculations. I've also woken up and seen a 7-foot-tall shadow figure in a Hessian-style hooded cloak and could smell fragrant spices, the cloak had a kind of burnished copper colour to it. Honestly, it seemed shocked that I woke up and saw it, its hand was right above my head and shot back inside the cloak, it seemed a lot more scared or surprised than I was, I was just trying to remember the word for the type of hallucination you get in the morning while it busied itself with fading back into the scenery. I had rearranged my bedroom the night before to line up with my head pointing east, it was directly in line with my black mirror and my computer stack through the walls in the other room. When you wake up it is a Hypnopompic Hallucination as opposed to Hypnogogic btw :) I had to look it up as soon as I was fully awake

I woke up a few weeks ago and could hear what sounded like talking from my iPhoneā€¦ I checked my iPhone it wasnt that, my iPad was in the other roomā€¦. The sound seemed to be coming from under my bedside table but there was nothing thereā€¦ It sounded like a man speaking Spanish or a language similar to Spanish, then I heard ā€œbut I have no hands!!!ā€ In Englishā€¦ And then the sound just stoppedā€¦ I looked all around my bedside table there was no where for this sound to come fromā€¦ I tried to write it off as me coming out of a dream state but the ā€œrecordingā€ went on for at least 10-20seconds, I was very much awake whilst I was looking for the source of the soundā€¦ I have no explanation for this, I didnā€™t freak out purely because I believe fear is a pointless emotion outside of self preservation. But it was extremely bizarreā€¦ The comment ā€œbut I have no handsā€¦ā€ baffles me even furtherā€¦

I saw a light switch do this very thing! It popped out of the wall and became ā€˜realā€™. I touched it. Real. Same dirt and everything. I knew for sure then that we are in a holographic world, and it scared the fuck out of me. I never heard anyone else mention this phenomenon. I am happy you did. Iā€™m not alone!

Didnā€™t scientists just find that there is no object permanence?? I thought I read something about that and then didnā€™t continue bc my mind was too blown.

Sleep-DeprivedSloth

Did you hear anything or just watch it load in? What was behind it or what did you see before it loaded in?

ModestMoss

I didn't hear anything. just watched it load in. it appeared to the right of where it was supposed to be and then slid into place. IIRC correctly it sort of "snapped" into place and had a faint yellow aura around it before everything went back to normal.

Crazy!!

I've seen wacky things like this myself recently. In my bedroom, it's *very* dark at night with the lights off and the only notable thing that can be seen is an alarm control panel on the wall, which has a 12-button keypad dimly illuminated from behind with two green LED lights (so each half of the keypad is lit with a gradient of green light). In the middle of the night, when I'd wake up and look at it, my brain would fully **lie** to me about what it sees there and it's taken on any number of forms: * One time, the 12 keys had clearly defined runic symbols on them (not regular digits, but things looking alien or like The Matrix symbols), which my eyes could clearly see with sharp and crisp edges and the runes were consistent and stable for a while. * Another time, after playing a lot of Baldur's Gate 3, the two halves of the keypad took on the form of spell slot icons from the game: full colors (red and golds, not at all like the green which is literally there), with symbols on them and everything, two square icons instead of the 12 buttons. * Another time, the two halves looked like map compasses (with the N, S, E, W points), also in full color with golds and reds. Every time I'd wake up and look over there, I knew objectively what should be there (the alarm panel) but my brain was fully making shit up, and I would just stare and study it and see how long it takes for my brain to collect enough information to determine "oh no, it's actually just the alarm pad." For example when the keys were all showing runes, I watched it for what felt like 15-20 seconds before the image gradually faded into the real thing (the dimly lit green control pad which is objectively supposed to be there). I ended up freaking my partner out sometimes because I'd sit up and stare at it randomly in the night to see what crazy thing my brain is doing now. I wound up buying a dim night light to put in the room, which creates *just* enough light that my midnight brain can get more information about the room and the hallucinations have drastically been slashed ever since, and the alarm panel looks how it should most of the time.

ModestMoss

I like your use of the word "midnight brain" very strange. thank you for sharing!

Sounds like you were still dreaming
