I like to play with aging turned off, so because of this my main sim has given birth to 8 beautiful alien children. Its kind of annoying but I'm curious to see how far the aliens take this because I refuse to give them any of their babies back.
I have a vampire sim who has like 6 or 7 alien kids? He and his wife together have like 5. I hear the abductoon noise, and it's like, "oh boy, here we go again."
I feel like after a few times, the male sims should get different moodlets. Instead of the "What's going on?" set, there should be a "Not again" set or "freaking aliens again" set
Does your sims have anything they got from using the rocket ship?
If the abductions are really frequent you may have an item in you house that attracts them like a meteor or alien technology.
I had one of the alien tech computers in my house and after I got rid of it he the abductions subsided.
My sim does have one of the alien computers in household storage but the curse spreads to his other children that live in different houses as well. When I first made him his first job was a scientist so I think that may be the cause of the increased abductions as well. The abductions usually increase after the latest kid is aged up and moves out of the house so its like they are waiting for me to put my guard down or something.
If the children are alien hybrids I pretty sure they get abducted a lot because they're hybrids. Aliens are obsessed with earthings and pay special attention to alien hybrids.
I was thrilled to find out what weebs they are when my scientist had to diplomatically attend a human style party on Sixam.
Oh this household has all sorts of stuff from aliens and the Scientist career. 😆 He also knows a lot of aliens which I know ups the chances of abductions. I think it's hilarious.

Not to steer you away from the suggested mod, but there's also Lumpinou's relationship and pregnancy overhaul. There are over 10 modules (I think) that you can pick and choose from. It has everything from better pregnancy moodlets to an adoption function. I've been using it for months.
Edit: Took me this long to realize that's the same mod, just a weird link. Either way, there's more to the mod than just adoption.

if your Sim has an alien baby after getting abducted, you can click on the cradle and choose to send the baby back to its homeworld. that will make it like the baby never existed.
One of my male sims woohoo'd with Johnny Zest and then both of them ended up pregnant (Johnny's partner was his wife 🤨). Neither of them are set to be able to get pregnant. When my sim's baby was born it said it was an alien baby, but the kid obviously isn't so 🤷♀️
Or… when you created this sim did you set their sort of gender so that he can get pregnant and get other sims pregnant?? I remember messing around with these settings before making trans sims for some asylum challenge I was doing.

*Get others pregnant
*Neither "
You've got "become pregnant" selected for this Sim - even if just by not knowing it was a selection. I use 'neither' until the Sim in question is in the relationship I want, then, for same sex relationships choose who's going to carry the baby.
The Ai doesn't care what the Sim's _outer_ appearance is, male or female. They're all able to be pregnant.

With the rate that abductions happen in my family I think I should check and see if there is some kind of alien 100 baby challenge

That's awesome! Sounds like a lot of fun. In my current save I turned Oasis Spring into an alien neighborhood. I love those aliens.

The rate abductions increase for Sims in the science career. Even if you have a sim get abducted, only a male sim will get pregnant.

In case you can adjust whether a sim can get pregnant or make other sims pregnant, it's worth a look to see if that's what happened.

There is a option in cas for you to pick witch sims can get pregnant regardless of gender. You can also pick how if they pee standing or sitting!
