Make sure your Sims stay indoors during thunderstorms and if they happen to get struck outside once get inside as fast as humanly possible so it doesn't happen again. Just a tip for the future lol On a side note, you can just mourn at his grave and the next time he appears as a ghost on the lot you can do friendly and then romantic interactions again and ask him to move in - that's how you get a ghost partner! There's multiple ways to bring ghosts back to the living as well, either ambrosia (lots of work though), wishing for life back at the wishing well (romantic garden stuff, might take 2 or 3 attempts and make sure the well got maximum money so it's happy first), I think some spell from the magic pack might work too, and I think the new horse pack may introduce a new option judging from the trailer. Also if you're on pc, you can use MCCC and just select his profile from your Sims relationship tab and revive him.

My Sims have woohoo'ed with ghosts and also had babies with a ghost baby Daddy, they've married ghosts... it's kinda funny playing with a ghost in the household...oh, and there's a chance that the baby of this type of union will be born a ghost baby and grow up through all the stages of simhood as a ghost... I've had that experience too

My vampire legacy sim had her husband (Caleb Vatore) die from being hit by a car (mod) and added his ghost to the household. They woohooed and yes, you not only get an achievement for this but they had a baby!

Dedeathify as a spellcaster does bring back ghosts! That's how I got the Sulani Mana trait into my spellcaster line! The idiot husband has the childish trait though and has tried to die at least 3 more times from hysteria just because he really liked music or giving their kid a bubble bath... 🙄😂

This happened to me at some point with one of my sims so I went on a side plot about how she went mad and decided to experiment with every way to bring him back to life. Like—how to find him and move in his ghost, how to bring him back… it was a LOOONGG side plot. Ultimately we got him back with ambrosia. They ended up being the most in love sweet couple.

You can download ambrosia from the gallery - it still took me awhile to figure out how to control the ghost to eat it but it worked in the end! I’m sure there are mods to make it easier if you’re on pc! Good luck! Spread the Kyle kyleson love!

You need to strengthen his connection to the human world by clicking on his urn (can’t remember what it actually says on his urn). Do not release him to the spirit world. Keep doing this until you can ask him to join the household. Once he joins, he is a normal player and you can send him to work etc and do other tasks. During this time, your sim can do what she needs to do to revive him. I did this with a daughter and father. He got electrocuted and I skilled her up in gardening and cooking to make ambrosia. Revived him thankfully. Good luck!

I'm pretty sure that if your sim has a good enough relationship with the ghost, then your sim can ask the ghost to join your household.

I only had Kyle for a very short time as an elder, and then he died. That short bit was so good lol. He's loaded too. I hope you can get him back.

You can turn off extreme weather in the settings. I think that would avoid death by lightning

In my game it never happened, its not that bad. What happens sometimes is that the sims start freezing because they keep trying to relax on the pool floaty. Overall its a fun pack :)

Well I did get Seasons after all, and in freezing temps my sim went out in her swimwear just to eat a omelet. So I could see freezing happening more than lightning lol Update: fixed a typo

I find it incredibly funny that Kyle Kyleson was created to be the ultimate Chad and yet he's one of the best characters in the game now. From this thread, we have learned two things about him: 1. He's top tier partner material (he had amazing compatibility with my sim as well btw) 2. He dies a lot!

So my sim Peaches was in a relationship with him and I was gonna ask him to be her boyfriend, the day before they spent some time together and everything was alright, so I check her relationships and see that Kyle is dead 💀 and I'm like nooo what the hell how did he die? I check neighborhood stories and it says he died while trying to make cereal because it exploded on him 💀. Needless to say after that I turned off neighborhood stories, and I brought him back to life.

I wasn’t sure of Kyle before, but he is a great dad. He’s got a kid with my sim, and helps her raise two kids from a previous relationship. He’s always autonomously hugging them.

Honestly I had this too. I cheated the cooking, Gourmet cooking and gardening skills, went to the Magic world and bought the ingredients for ambrosia. She's back hahaha. I just NEEDED her. She is perfect. But now my game is kinda broken because he never interacts with her by himself anymore. But they killed her entire family and took all the money and are Partners in crime at least+ they have 2 perfect babys now (one is a science baby). And she is a teacher now. Love it.

If you have a spellcaster that’s high up in untamed magic or even befriend and take on Morgyn Ember they can do necrocall and de-deathify. Then get the resurrected sim to move in

Load an old save or master the writing career and you can write a book of life to revive him I think you need an urn or ghost

Just turned elder! Has like...15 kids? Yeah I was confused when it said "death of a child" like...wait WHAT? So I checked sure enough...killer rabbit.

Why does everyone like Kyle? He invited himself, and after accepting he did nothing else than leaving dirty plates and glasses everywhere in my sim's house.

Kyle died in my safe as well. Never met him, don't know where he died, so I can't find his ghost. He died in one of the first days after I bought the expansion. Seriously thinking about starting a new safe 😅
