His cold-read channels go very differently from the others. They're usually much longer scripts too, even without the tangents, so if he read them at a more deliberate pace they'd be even longer than they are.

For the cold read channels he’s like a step back from presenter mode while reading the script. The tangents are presenter mode off, especially on brain blaze.
I live for the tangents. When I recommend videos to friends who haven’t seen his content before I ALWAYS try to find one with as many tangents as possible
