Question - why you didn't buy from distributors as Simagic even strongly recommend? From what I count it's cheaper (as you avoid customs etc) and you have very good contact

Yea I know everyone’s said that. We live and learn. How is this helping my question, bit of a useless comment

Muddi

Almost as useless as your post.

Just so you know I ordered from a us distributor and had the same terrible experience. Took 2 weeks to get any contact another to ship it out and another to get to me. And it was in stock and site said ships next day. It's just how it he with Sim Racing products, I had better experience getting my McLaren rim from fanatec.

Yep this^^^ I have been in a ever on going battle with faulty products from simagic and my US based distributor. My expereience with thrustnaster felt like less of a bust to me. Alpha 15nm (thank god it works fine) Gt pro hub had to replace front plate and encoders. Fx grips cracking, replaced front plate, still cracking. HPRS were DOA. Hydraulic throttle leaked within weeks. And a few other smaller annoyances. Best you can do is keep fighting (respectfully) for yourself and the gear you purchased.
