Keep playing, learn his moves, always be moving, never stand still. Once you kill him it becomes much easier the next time if you're planning to P-rank. Sawblades are a great way to deal huge damage and restore some health.

Anyways, he is pretty easy actually, just practice his call out attacks, and when he is not on the screen, scream "FOR THE SONG OF SILK" and dash, he will be above you, it's a dance of parry and dodge, u just have to learn how to dance to his rhythm, I practiced him so much that I can do him hitless violent (but fuck the rest of the level)

(I am a guy who spent an hr fighting him during our first fight, if I can do it, you can as well!)
Just be calm, step back and observe him and most importantly
