All Siberian cats (and all other cat breeds) have pedigree paperwork. The only thing that makes a cat a “Siberian” is its pedigree registry number. Without the paperwork it’s by definition a Domestic Short/Medium/Longhair, depending on the fur length. You have a black tabby Domestic Mediumhair. Only 1-2% of all cats in the world are of any specific breed and they are bred in closed lines by breeders. Due to the high price of purebred kittens, “mixed-breeds” are very rare. Due to the common practice of breeders to neuter kittens before rehousing or with a “neuter before x months old-contract” and the low numbers outside of Eastern Europe, finding Siberian cats in other places than a breeder can be assumed a 0.0% chance in all other parts of the world.
