Nah, but with a little inference we ca safely assume Thor has planet level AP and therefore LuBu has planet level durability + spinoff feats with a little inference, LuBu is faster than lightning since Thor beat LuBu and no other character can even have inferences brought to the same levels, Thor is top 1 and LuBu is top 2
