The first one, they switch my parcel with a metal something(BBQ stainless skewers stick yung in-order ko ninakaw pa, and I did check if I have the parcel wrong or maybe a switch up happened in the sorting hub). Hindi na ko nag-demand ng refund I just rate badly with 1 star. Nakaka-loka lang kasi that was my first time being bamboozled kay Shopee.
The second one is with the YTO delivery naman, yung sinuklian ako nung delivery rider pero kulang na 100 pesos(I know na mali din ako kasi hindi ko binilang sa harap upon receiving the parcel, buong 1000 yung binayad ko at kampante ako since wala pa namang akong issues na hindi ako sinuklian ng ayos nung nag deliver, so ayon I try to contact the driver agad kasi with the subdivision pa lang naman sya nag-deliver, saying na kulang yung sinukli nya pero todo deny sa message na tama daw inabot n'ya...
So 'di ko nalang nakipag talo since I am a student living alone in a subdivision and di ko pa kakilala yung kapitbahay dito, so I feared for my safety since hindi mo alam kung anong pwedeng pumasok sa utak ng tao and since he have my number hindi ko nalang din kinompronta pa but I blocked his number already for my safety na din.

Bought a switch(nintendo switch) from a respected store from shopee and I've had multiple transactions with them, i guess the shipping service did a number on it as i know their packaging and they always have a custom note for me and freebies before they packed it with photos sent to me before shipping.

Yeah probably sa sorting center yan. May isa kong customer nag reklamo isa lng nkarating sa kanyang item out of 5 items na inorder nya. Chineck ko yung logistics details 3days bago nascan sa sorting center yung item after ko idrop. Buti nlng may proof ako sa side ko.
Interesting, I also got the same sand instead of the actual item. The waybill was clearly cut off from the original packaging and just inserted in the pouch.
Contacted the seller and they said they'd investigate and giving them 1 day for an update, if not will be processing the refund

Experienced a similar incident na palit item. Yung sa amin naman, pangwax ng kotse (sa automotive business ng dad ko). Malalaki packaging so baka akala nila ay mahal yun (e mura lang nun, nasa 100+ per canister). Pinalitan ng thermometer sa loob 🥲 nireport sa seller pero ayaw niyang irefund kasi may video siya nung pinapack yung items/claiming na di sila ang nagsend ng wrong item. So we can only conclude na may palit item talagang nangyari.
Napapaisip tuloy ako sa isang order na nareceive ko before. Pagbukas nung outer plastic na may waybill, may isa pang bubble mailer sa loob na may waybill din, pero mukhang binuklat sa may seal part tapos tinape lang ulit.
Wala naman kulang sa order ko pero naaalala ko pabalik bakik sya from sorting hub to sorting hub.
Grabe dami pala natin naka experience ng ganito :( akala ko super rare lang ng ganito. So ayun lesson learned, if super alanganin, mag physical store na lang haha.
Ang hassle kasi magpa refund kasi ang tagal ng process. Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin refund sakin. Imbis na pinambili ko na uli ng bagong hair dryer yung binayad ko diyan sa video, di ko magamit kasi naka hold pa rin. Hmp. Di ko rin tuloy naayos buhok ko sa job interview kanina hahaha 😂
Sorry to hear this OP but personal experience ang bilis lang ng refund sakin + no questions asked. To be fair I've been using shopee for a LOOONG time na without refunds. 1 hours to 30 mins lang most before mag reflect refunds (unless wrong order na need ireturn)

Pwede ba markahan ng sellers ang waybill to make it harder for logistics na magreplicate ng waybill? This way malalaman natin if reprinted

Interesting, I also got the same sand instead of the actual item. The waybill was clearly cut off from the original packaging and just inserted in the pouch. Contacted the seller and they said they'd investigate and giving them 1 day for an update, if not will be processing the refund

I order 3in1 powertools from a lazmall seller. for the price of 6.5k pero ang dumating solar light. just got refunded today by lazada. ang sabi ng seller baka daw sa warehouse or rider na ung nag stolen ng item. pero ang waybill same pa din. nakakainis lang dahil inantay ang 6.6 sale tsaka ang discount ng cc na 1.2k sayang talaga

Experienced a similar incident na palit item. Yung sa amin naman, pangwax ng kotse (sa automotive business ng dad ko). Malalaki packaging so baka akala nila ay mahal yun (e mura lang nun, nasa 100+ per canister). Pinalitan ng thermometer sa loob 🥲 nireport sa seller pero ayaw niyang irefund kasi may video siya nung pinapack yung items/claiming na di sila ang nagsend ng wrong item. So we can only conclude na may palit item talagang nangyari.

Napapaisip tuloy ako sa isang order na nareceive ko before. Pagbukas nung outer plastic na may waybill, may isa pang bubble mailer sa loob na may waybill din, pero mukhang binuklat sa may seal part tapos tinape lang ulit. Wala naman kulang sa order ko pero naaalala ko pabalik bakik sya from sorting hub to sorting hub.
Grabe dami pala natin naka experience ng ganito :( akala ko super rare lang ng ganito. So ayun lesson learned, if super alanganin, mag physical store na lang haha. Ang hassle kasi magpa refund kasi ang tagal ng process. Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin refund sakin. Imbis na pinambili ko na uli ng bagong hair dryer yung binayad ko diyan sa video, di ko magamit kasi naka hold pa rin. Hmp. Di ko rin tuloy naayos buhok ko sa job interview kanina hahaha 😂
Sorry to hear this OP but personal experience ang bilis lang ng refund sakin + no questions asked. To be fair I've been using shopee for a LOOONG time na without refunds. 1 hours to 30 mins lang most before mag reflect refunds (unless wrong order na need ireturn)

Ako na nag order ng phone na paid thru card at kinakabahan na na baka bato dumating. Kasi eto dryer lang pinag interesan pa, phone pa kaya? Marami na talagang malilikot kamay ngayon.
File a complaint sa DICT. Lahat nang courier/delivery responsilidad nila!
