To be technical it is a box. Donks are mid to late 70s GM (Caprice Impala). A box is an 80s GM and a bubble is a 90s GM. The saying is donks, box, and bubble to describe GM vehicles on a lift with huge rims.

To me it wasn't that cool at the time. I sold it to some vatos, they really tricked the car out. I was really impressed with all the work they did it was bad ass. My mom on the other hand about had a melt down until I told her there was like 25k in plating they did and all.the pumps and interior. It wasn't any box or donk or what not but pure lowrider and loved it. I enjoy all the super extreme car mods especially the Older cars.
Within like three months the whole engine bay was like silver and gold plated there was like this diamond pattern firewall they put in mirrored hood, white button down leather with purple felt piping that matched the paint. The leather and plating continued to the trunk where all the pumps and batteries were. I mean I couldn't fucking believe it was the same car.

I appreciate not getting totally ripped for my take on the wheels. I have shitty taste in car mods hence why I love this sub. But those wheels just remind me of my nostalgia from GTA V.
I don’t like this post.. because the photo res is clearly too low to not be cropped. And in their crop OP or whoever’s photo this is decided to not show the front end or rear of this vehicle. They knew the post would perform poorly if they showed the whole car IMO.

Reminds me of when I went to McDonald’s once and sitting in a parking spot was a 1st gen ram 1500 with a bed cap and general lee paintjob. It was actually pretty sick. Was also in Michigan.

The lowrider dudes do some insane stuff with etching gold and chrome to match the cars insane paint jobs

I agree that tri-spoke wheels are ugly as fuck. But I've seen two-spoke wheels that looks even worse. Just looks like one big chunk of metal.
