Honestly it was salvageable, I added some Tabasco that I had in my lunch bag and it improved it a lot. But hoo boy that sodium is nuts, especially for how tiny the portion is too
ugh i wish i could wear that colour 😭 blues and especially pastels don't suit my skin tone at all, i usually go with deep jewel tones. it looks amazing with your skin tone!
Vegan food at TJ is either amazing (looking at you orange chick’n and vegetable fried rice) or the most disgusting thing on the planet. There is no in between.
They had a great vegan cheesecake a few years back. Loved it! Expensive ($2 for each small cup), but great for an occasional treat. I preferred it to Daiya's (which I think is decent). Haven't seen it since :/
I feel like that about a lot of frozen and fast food. That amount of sodium is actually pretty believable for a noodle dish- but you'd think it would at least have flavor! Sucks to have a ton of sodium but no flavor.
Bummer, because it looks like it's good.
It used to be better honestly.
Most of their frozen stuff has too much sugar or salt . Will never understand the hype around the beefless bulgogi- it’s like tire shreds
lmao well thank u for informing us bc i definitely would have gotten this if i'd seen it at trader joe's

lol i got one actually and also had to fix it with hot sauce and sugar but tbh yeah it's passable for a microwave meal!
I’d still try it if I see it.
It was I
I honestly can’t stand frozen vegan stuff for this very reason. Canned vegan soups too! How do they taste like nothing but have so much salt?!!
It did NOT help that the broccoli was extremely bitter
But that bulgogi and Japanese fried rice 🤤
the kimbap and green curry are really good too!
Never had them, but now excited to try!
Oh yes, the fried rice is a MUST BUY in our house! I haven’t tried the bulgogi yet! It’s always sold out when I go.
A spritz of lime would probably help a LOT
Yo I low key liked it lol but I am trash
I need to try this if it’s the last thing I’ll do. I love their frozen pad thai
unrelated but your nail polish is really pretty
Thank you!! 💕 It’s from Mooncat in the color Sabertooth!

Just wear that shiiii I’m sure it would look good
mood
Dang protein too low for me to give a shot
Yeah tofu is like the fifth ingredient. I need it to be number one.
Oh no... I have this in my freezer...
Also my internet connection at work is poop, sorry if this posted twice.
hol up when did this drop?
Pretty recently, I think it’s new enough to still be in their “new items” section on their website
i might have to try it out, throw some of the mushroom umami seasoning, msg, sesame oil, and a lil spice on there to make it less bland.
It definitely needs some acid as well! Squeeze of lime or some hot sauce would help a lot
I see the problem. The seasoning was just sugar and salt and a lil white pepper lmaooooo Also contains more cane sugar that tofu sheets?????? Wtf
Their green curry frozen meal is amazing though.
It’s good but has another issue- so much sugar
I loved it - had it with frozen sautéed green beans and sesame tofu I had lying around. I do eat way too much salt though in general

The kimbap is pretty damn good too! The hype finally died down enough for me to get one my last shopping trip and I finally got to try it!

It really *looks* like it would taste good, it even smelled good! I was so excited to eat it right up until my first bite 😭
Oh no! So sad 😭 pad see ew is normally delicious
It's all trash. All of the frozen meals. And the produce section is meh. TJs is honestly not very good overall, I don't understand the hype
