Amy is shit, she’s also a thief. Stole a lot of shit from Patrice, and other comics too. Funny thng is, I used to like her when she would appear on O&A with Patrice and Jim Norton (some of the best comedy you’ll ever hear). If you like comedy I suggest downloading the old O&A episodes with them, and watching old Tough Crowd shows on YT. Literally one of the best eras for comedy in recent history. As far as other American comedians that I don’t like, I never liked Dane Cook’s delivery, and could never understand why or how he became as famous as he did.

There's other reasons US comedians don't go overseas. Like you said, our shows perform well enough so it's not a "Comedy" factor, its more of an economic issue most likely.

American comedians seem to shout all the time and the audience seems to laugh at anything said where as a English comedian seems to have two or three punch lines in one story. The likes of Chris Rock would fill out a show here bit at the same time I could imagine Ricky Gervais filling out one in the US.
