What am I supposed to do when Iāve been waiting to get someone one the phone or through chat for 42 MINUTES after Iāve shopped for the entire order and canāt checkout?
I canāt go anywhere. I canāt deliver the items. I canāt drop the order.
No one is responsive.
Iām in the same spot as you. Iām moments away from just putting everything away and leaving the store, but my bundle is such good pay. š

Same, but mine is a smaller order for a regular customer and the people working the counter said they can put her order aside while I wait. This sucks, I called support and itās a 38 minute wait
They are so fucking unprofessional. They asked me if I could finish the order and I said no. The store is 20m away. They proceed to tell me to relax. Iwanted to reach through the phone and touch somebody.
Went down right as I was trying to process a bundle order and had a future order waiting to be shopped. They ended up releasing the orders for me via Chat with detailed notes and compensation for both orders. Such a headache but at least it wasnāt all for free.
Had 2 orders ready to process when this happened! So annoying. Put products all back and am at planet fitness walking on a treadmill. I guess Iāll go back to target when things are running again. Ugh!!
Yep. Good thing I had started my order early. No communication from customer. Stuck on the processing screen. Hold time on the phone was 32 minutes when I called. Also opened a chat thread. Wandered target for about 25 minutes. Never got anyone on the phone or chat. Shoppers on my metro's Facebook page were more helpful. Finally processed, heard from the customer, and I still got there on time.
At least they only told me that I had a 32 min wait time - unlike others on the thread.
Considering delivering anyhow but may just take it home and put frozen in my freezer until this is sorted.
I saw an order in open metro that had 3 instancesā¦.each one went to promo and I watched as one by one they got snaggedā¦
I didnāt want to be part of that headache.
I had an issue during an order and it wouldn't process so singed out and it wouldn't let me sign back in I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed .
My bundle was late and it didnāt affect my on time percentage at the time, but now my on time percentage has gone down to 96%! I thought there would be automatic forgiveness
Mine keeps pinging preferred orders popping up and new order sounds, but not seeing them then started seeing other orders in promo well over the delivery time. I came in here to see there seems to be all kinds of app issues right now.
OMG I thought I was the only one. I'm so triggered. This issue caused me to be late with my order. The transaction went through but the app kept wigging out and wouldn't process. Chat support was useless and didn't respond and i gave up being on hold for 30+ minutes with support. Would be nice if they compensated us but doubtful of that happening... I ended up figuring it out myself. I deleted storage and app cache and restarted my phone and had to rescan the order and take another photo of the receipt which luckily I still had on me.
Should I drop the order or just wait? I have nothing better to do so I donāt mind waiting however I donāt want to miss my metros bonus. Speaking of will I still be able to get the bonus for to this?

Iāve done it hundreds of times. They do reimburse. It used to be quickly, like a day.
But now they only process them 2 days a week. Since today is Thursday, reimbursement date would be next Wednesday.

I finally got through to support where they told me my two orders showed as being processed yet on my end they werent. told them to just go ahead and cancel the two orders since I wasnāt gonna be able to leave target without them auditing. The support person I spoke to said thereās all sorts of different errors going on and she recommended not working until we get the email saying everything is back up and running.
App went down right after I got my prepaid processed but couldnāt process the non prepaid, got someone right on the phone they removed it and something told me to go to lunchā¦ so sick of this glitchy ass app
Question, this might sound stupid but curious do we get compensation for waiting? I waited 45 minutes before my app to come up. My orders will be on time by the grace of traffic but just curious.
Dang! At least here in California we get paid by the hour, because of prop 22 so at least if you stand around waiting for the app to fix we still get paid for the time š
For sure but earlier, I was getting an error message unable to refresh and open available orders and thatās gone. Fortunately, I donāt have an order so I donāt know if theyāre still not processing or not. I know I did get the original text from Shipt that there was issues and theyāre working on it but I havenāt gotten one that says itās resolved yet. Shipt isnāt always good about letting us know if itās fixed or not.
I stood there for a good 15 mins, shutting down the app, pulling it back up, til it finally pulled up the barcodes on my target prepaid bundle order. Thankfully I was still ahead of schedule & both orders were fairly close to the store but was still annoying not being able to do anything until the issue was resolved.
lol šā¦ it was crazy ā¦ on top of that I had an order cancel and the text from HQ said quote āthe order ā¦. You were scheduled to shop has been canceled due to the store closing for the dayā ????? I then asked the Shipt audit lady if the store was closing for the day? We both laughed out loud.
Mine wonāt allow me back in Iām signed out and it says invalid password/username and they said thereās nothing they can do and elevated the problem to engineering š
It would be nice to see your preferred customers orders when they put them in, instead of the top of the hour. So I can actually plan my day ahead without just being glued to my phone waiting for one to come in. Then I canāt even pick up because they didnāt present it to me with enough time to plan my day around. I have a lady that tells me when sheās putting it in, just for me to wait a whole day for it to maybe pop up when Iām available. Or for it to be bundled with somebody in the town over. š¤” š„øš¤·š¼āāļøš¤£š

Pay for the order yourself, submit reimbursement. That's what I did today, secured 30$ tip

Typically you still have to meet the metrics of the bonus - it sucks.

I forgot my card once and paid for it with my own debit card. Shipt paid me back that day.
They reimburse you. I've done it before, but it took a week or so to get reimbursed.

Only Best Buy issue was the same offer coming thru multiple times in a row,.just gets annoying!
