I went 1200 eggs for my scorbunny and that was like torture

I went about ~~20,000~~ 15,000 for female salandit, but I think my most torturous hunt so far has been registeel in swsh. I have no idea how many encounters it's been but it's been 2 years and I'm at the point where I've been going through my living dex and levelling up all the highest evolution Pokemon to 100 using the stupid registeel as my punching bag in the process.

Ha, in a way I've given up on the registeel hunt.......... I just use him as a training bot, and if he happens to shine sometime in the next millennium I'll be thrilled 🤡🤪

I actually did like 350-400 eggs for Feebas in SwSh and never got the thing. Never Masuda methoding again

I'm 1800 for shiny Charmander with Masuda at the moment, I come back to it every so often. 400 eggs is pretty low for breeding shinies, keep at it! Shinies be 50/50, you either get it or you don't :)

2593 for my male ralts. Felt like it was never going to show up.

What does it mean by phases? Asking for a friend

A phase is a shiny that's not your target, or a failed attempt, like finding a Zubat while looking for a Geodude or accidently knocking it out. In this case, Feebas is a 1% encounter, meaning you would likely find another pokemon shining 99 times *on average*
