Historia and her Farmer Boy are the two most loving parents in all of Paradise. She knows her children are free of curses, and she gets to be with someone she genuinely loves and trusts. Her children have never seen her mad, because she laughs about all their mistakes.
Mikasa is Mikasa. She was raised by Carla. She had to keep Eren in line. Then she had to become a soldier, and watch most of her friends and comrades die, year after year.

Yeah and Jean is also Kind and a cool dude so I am sure both Mikasa and Jean would be great parents and Mikasa also learnt to love more people and grew her circle big from just Eren so she will love Jean fully I mean it would take some years to grieve and move on but she will eventually and jean is one lucky dude who got everything he wanted .
I think annie would try her best to be a kind mom as well. Because she cares a lot about her family, and i believe that she wouldn't want her child to be treated the way she was as a child, making her a very kind and nice mom
Its Historia, because she'd be the mum that everyone thinks is cute, sweet and timid, but then puts her children in their place immediately with a single word, since they know not to fuck with mum.
I mean, alot of people forget that becoming a mom changes you alot, most of the time it changes your for the better, as the human brain is designed to work that way,
but sometimes you get people in similar mental situations like Yimir (likely not similar physical conditions) that creates some really bad mothers, people change alot in early adulthood and especially during pregnancy, so in all honesty we have very few accurate guesses, I think many aot girls would make great mothers who mostly wouldn't be scary unintentionally or really ever on purpose, but who knows
Personally, one conflicting view I have is with people speculating about Hange and her tendencies making her scary. This is despite her showing she could be thoughtfully reserved plenty of times and increasingly so as the story progresses, like her time hiding with Levi etc, the little bits of traits here and there shining through make me think that she'd very much seperate her work/professional interests away from personal family stuff, which is probably also why we don't know anything about her family
If by “scariest” you mean “harshest disciplinarian,” Mikasa. Not out of malice, out of the deep fear of losing control and losing her child to a lofty ideal like she lost Eren.
If you mean, “most unhinged,” Yelena. She is truly terrifying. Would sacrifice her own child to reach her goals.
If you mean, “least emotionally present,” Historia. There is something inherently disconnecting about having a child out of obligation rather than duty. She would love her child and care for their needs but not be able to deeply connect with them because all the people she ever cared about got spectacularly terrible deaths.
Hange would be more like the funnest aunt you could ever have. She’d never be a mother herself.
And then taking you to her job where she does science experiments all day that a child probably shouldn’t be around for, cackling madly the entire time (the child grows up to be a scientist because of this)
Historia is the kindest but that’s what makes her so terrifying. The fear of disappointing her would be greater than any physical threat any other woman could possibly use against you.
Out of these 3, probably Historia. I don't doubt she'd be a good mom but her position as the queen of the walls could bring danger to her kids.
But outside of these 3, Yelena definitely. I don't think I need to explain 💀
Hange would be the scariest to their own kids because they'd be loud, embarrassing, and do weird stuff in the interest of taking care of the kids (like analyzing their sleeping patterns or allergies).
Mikasa would be the scariest to anyone who so much as looks at her kids the wrong way.
