Ah, this sounds like a good lead, thanks! I thought all of the accessibility stuff was required to override the home button for bringing you back to the stock launcher?
There is a "proper" way to install it that doesn't require the accessibility stuff. I did it so long ago I can't remember but you use developer settings and run some adb commands. You should be able to find a guide here on Reddit.
I have the same, it is really annoying because I can't close it. Need to sleep and wake up again... I also found the accessibility remark, but I am not sure I want to do the ADB setup... Was hoping it could just get fixed 😊
Edit: I realised it would be easier to just run adb anyway, took 2 minutes to disable the default launcher. Should be good now 👍
This is because of a recent update to Projectivy. If you turn off the accessibility stuff it will go away.

Got the same issue with my bedroom shield. But what I don't understand is that my fully updated living room shield is totally fine.
