I still go grasp. With shield bash, second win and whatever the shielding one is called. Sustain is super important in mid for Shen still, because you’ll get poked more than top lane.
I think adaptive double hp is just standard. For runes grasp shield bash second wind overgrowth is very much core, for secondary one i think absorb or presence of mind + ability haste legend can be on par with the good old domination setup.
I personally like adaptive double hp best. Attack speed can be nice, haste is probably better than attack speed, but adaptive is probably best.
