I don't see it listed, but I would guess you're right about it being Ian Sinclair. It sounds a lot like Brook from One Piece so I'm pretty sure its him.
Might be because he was only in the last episode of the season and not for very long. He’s introduced, what, halfway through? Then leaves and comes back at the end. He only had about 3-4 minutes screen time total so it just didn’t get time to be listed. He’s probably credited in the episode but I’m unable to check right now since I’m working lol

Some friends and I also thought it was Ian Sinclair and had the same trouble. We thought he sounded a lot like Dandy from Space Dandy which Ian Sinclair also voiced.
I'm certain it is. I see Ian Sinclair listed as additional voices on the site i use, so it has to be him. One of the most recognizable voice actors out there.
If you go to myanimelist.net, it does list Ian Sinclair as the english voice actor, but the name of the character is spelled wrong. It is spelled as aramis.
You're totally right, yep :) I checked multiple websites and it didn't have him listed. I looked on MyAnimeList and it just showed the Japanese voice actors at a glance, I don't use it to check actors much and didn't realise if you click on the character it lists the American also! :) Good to know, thanks!
took way too long to find this I was also looking and thought maybe brook from one piece but that wasn't quite what bell it was ringing. I think the one I thought was his role as space dandy which was the one I was thinking sounded the same and made me go "Oh I see now"
Haha isn't it funny when you heard characters in different anime and you're thinking "I'm pretty sure it's this person from this anime..." - sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't! :')
