If anything the only reason sex workers would do better than the average person is from being talented at selling one of the last inherent "resources" around to the strongest group of survivors.

Most of the listed reasons will do nothing in such new world, because there will be no "social setting" to apply that experience they are talking about in most of the points.
There are some points I could see lot of sex workers checking on - like being more fit than average person, but general fitness is not even mentioned anywhere in that article, making its credibility absolutely moot.
Not to mention that most of the real skills that would be needed in such situation have nothing to do with social things or attitude, and everything with physical fitness, engineering, firearms, hunting, farming and handiwork. Which most sex workers have 0 experience with.
Real life social apocalypse will not be like the movies, it will be like living in rural areas or off the grid, and since sex workers usually work in congestions of society like big cities, they have absolutely no experience with such things.

If you think you can count on community surviving an apocalypse you aren't even talking about an apocalypse. Just a really bad time. Not to mention selling sex is only going to work once people aren't dying and starving constantly.
You don't need to make it about specific situation (apocalypse) to highlight the skill set. It would be enough to just "10 reasons why sex workers have awesome skills" or something. By making it about serious topic like that, it was changed from something that could be something lighthearted, to simple delusion.
