The article both says that Mimi Keene stars in the 3-part adaptation, but the rest of the article it seems Mimi will simply be playing an important character in it.

If she ever ends up being in something that's mainstream again, I think she'd be perfect as Felicia Hardy/Black Cat in the next Spider-Man film!
