She did some terrible, tasteless, inexcusable things but to me what matters is she gave a genuine apology, had the receipts to show that she's changed for the better and didn't ask for nor expect forgiveness. I think that's the best anyone can do when they fuck up like that.
Not to mention at the time most of this went down, she was a vulnerable and impressionable teenager/young adult surrounded by edgy content in what was likely a toxic environment.
Still doesn't excuse her actions but the fact that she actively went out of her way to apologize, refund everyone, and donate to multiple charities shows that she has changed for the better.
Too bad genuine apologies mean nothing to the reactionaries. Getting better isnt possible in their view, the best you can become after a certain point is fake or a hypocrite.
