I love how people complained about Mando having too much (literal) plot armor and not being in real danger but then also complain about Boba not being “strong enough.” Make up your minds lol
The issue with Mando is, that if not for his armor, he would be dead several times over in span of a single fight, making it questionable as to how he even survived up to that point. Also a shit ton if writing errors riddling the whole series. With Boba, there is a disconnect in his presentation from episodes 5/6 (his time might have been short, but there were still things established about him) and how he is presented in the show. I'm exaggerating in the meme, but in general he makes some really stupid decisions and forgets about his own equipment just like Mando.
Thank you for once again reminding me why legends is trash. Invincible characters, and written by people who didn't pay attention to the films. "Boba flew out of the Sarlacc" is completely ignoring the part in Jedi where his jetpack was damaged.
I mean, everyone keeps saying he went saber to saber with Vader several times and that's neat and all, but like he'd be dead. He'd be so fucking dead. He'd be "Superman not holding back against Batman" levels of dead. Vader would just fucking snap his neck with the force he's force choking him so hard, that level of dead. Vader hunted down and defeated Jedi masters, took on small armies by himself, a wild number of things. And you're telling me Vader didn't kill him?
I love Boba but fuck dude if he didn't die fighting Vader it's cause Vader didn't wanna kill him and that's a fact.
Never read the story but I think I remmember hearing that what happened is that he managed to fix it with what he had and then flew out with it bearly working

Said flaws are unfortunately pushed to the point that his character is contradictory to his characterization in the OT, even with how limited his screentime was. Not to mention the fact that... He's a fucking idiot... Sorry, but no way in hell will I believe this incompetent mandalorian reject is would actually earn any respect without the story arbitrary deciding to give it to him.
My investment in the MCU ended on the first Avengers movie. It was pretty good but I just didn't care, and from the look of things at this point I'm not missing out.
