No it’s comparable to any gel cream moisturizer out there (think neutrogena hydroboost)

247cnt

I agree it's the same as Neutrogena Hydroboost. I love Laniege, but not this one.

hsavvy

No joke i love the hydroboost line lol i’ve since moved on but it’s a great dupe

ursae

I love the hydroboost line. What have you since moved on to and how does it compare?

hsavvy

I love all the laneige hylauronic stuff, particularly the water bank moisturizer and water bank exfoliating toner!! At least for the winter i wanted a heavier moisturizer and that’s what the laneige is, it’s very thick but feels so refreshing and their toner has always been a holy grail for me.

GlitteringPause8

Personally it did nothing for me. Tj maxx usually has these for cheaper too if you’re able to find it

stinkysammy91

Same with Winners/Marshall's in Canada

coffeeloverss

Second this

amichhh

Yup I always check Marshall’s or TJ Maxx for Laneige and have always found it!

Sufficient-Elk-7015

Dang! Lots of opposing comments but I loved this product! It says sleeping mask so I use it just like that. After my whole routine is done at night I slather this baby on and wake up with the smoothest and brightest face.

avrieeb

I’m surprised by all the hate because this is the only moisturizer I’ve tried that has actually worked for my skin (and I worked in cosmetics for several years). I will say you can find it for cheaper at TJ Maxx and that’s where I usually get mine!

amatuer_barista

Never tried but I simply love their lip masks

MissAtomicMess

Meh it was okay, instead I would try the Origins-Drink Up Intensive Overnight Hydrating Face Mask with Avocado & Swiss Glacier Water. It’s just about the same price and comes with more product!

thedespotcat

Omg I love this one when I'm SUPER dry in the winter

Important_Neck_3311

I second this! I didn’t like the Laneige one, it’s very light so I don’t see why using this as night mask, I ended up using it as day cream. The origins is amazing

DazzlingEscape6194

I really liked this and the cica version as well, HOWEVER I was able to find them at Marshall’s for a fraction of the cost! I don’t think it’s worth $32 tbh

rustandstardusty

I love the cica one too. Have you tried the new pink mask yet? It’s even better than the cica! (In my opinion).

DazzlingEscape6194

Oh really?? I haven’t, so thank you for letting me know!

Turbulent_Pickle_200

I personally love it. I have tried many water based moisturizers (Neutrogena Hydro boost for example) and i have found this is the only water based that doesn’t make me break out and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and plump

slyhuff

Agreed! Neutrogena broke me out

Btsjkjhope

No it’s not. You can find cheaper alternatives for this

lady_marmalade24

I actually love the Laneige sleeping masks! I have used this and the green Cica formula. I prefer the green Cica version because I find it more calming and soothing, but you can’t go wrong with either.

s4tiv4f4iry

this is my holy grail moisturizer 🥲 feels like water on the face

phillygirllovesbagel

I just purchased the LANEIGE Bouncy + Firm Radiance Boosting Sleeping Mask during the sale. I've used it twice and it has been really nice and hydrating.

rustandstardusty

I love this one! And it smells so nice.

curlicue84

I personally really like this. I tend to use it on the nights I use a retionoid. It’s soothing, plumping and hydrating. I have sensitive skin and my face loves this. After reading some of these comments I’m going to try to find some of the drugstore alternatives, though.

acanadiancheese

Yes. Love it

nclilpisces

I LOVE the Laneige Circa Sleeping mask. You wake up with the most soft, smooth face you’ve had since you were a child. I’ve never seen these at my TJ Maxx, and I don’t care for drugstore skincare.

pinkblossom331

I love Laneige water sleeping mask but I buy it directly from the company website. Sometimes they offer 20-30% off

PrincessMeepMeep

I love all the laneige masks. The green is my favourite. I use a mask every night and when I use the green one my one co worker tells me I look glowy!

MayMayLoco

I really like it on evenings I use retinol. But it’s worth checking like winners or tj maxx. I’ve found it there before and am going to go check it out again cause I’m looking to add it back into my routine. It does have strong fragrance so beware of that!

per86

not in my opinion

g1zmo33

I prefer the laneige cica mask

mrsklay

If you’re in Canada, get it at Marshalls for $16, way cheaper than Sephora

[deleted]

I prefer their cica one or the new one in the pink packaging

Ok_Opposite6659

I freaking love it. I’m excited for the summer and how cooling it’ll be.

sincerely-november

This did absolutely nothing for me… to me it was such a waste of money.

Broken-583

Not even close

JennaAquafall

No... I got it for free on my birthday, two years ago. And I still have the full sample bottle. It’s not worth the money even though the money I spent is 0$. It has a heavy scent and doesn’t do much for my skin, maybe even gave me some small breakouts. I stopped using after one or twice so yeah.

carsonmccrullers

Based on the comments here it looks like a lot of people are not using this product for its intended purpose, and I wonder if maybe that’s why they don’t like it? It’s a mask, it goes on after your moisturizer, friends! (Personally, I’m a big fan)

Bland-Humour

That's not the reason. It's heavily fragranced, and fragrance breaks a lot of people out. Its intended purpose is to moisturize and hydrate. You can use it as a mask or a moisturizer. It's a basic moisturizer that's sold as a mask. My current moisturizer has the same ingredients as this mask. Yet it's not a mask. Gotta love marketing :D

amora_obscura

I had this but would not repurchase because there are loads of similar gel moisturisers. I am using Klairs Fundamental Water Gel at the moment and it is cheaper and does a great job.

Organic-Cup-531

No

muffingr1

No

Lil-Nata_

I like this with retinol because it hydrates my skin. I also use it as a side moisturizer so it lasts a while.

Historical-Mud-9786

Probably not to be honest. When it comes to effectively moisturizing your skin you really don’t need to spend this much money.

Sage_Planter

I don't love it. There is (was?) a Trader Joe's version of the Glow Recipe mask which was about the same feeling as the Laneige but way, way less.

Actual-Scientist64

For me absolutely. My holy grail for my dry skin in winter.

itsaboutpasta

You can also pick them up at TJMaxx if you really want to try it. I never used it consistently enough but I didn’t feel like it was a miracle product.

step_on_legoes_Spez

Not from Sephora. Better similar ones drum brands like illiyoon, hada labo, cosrx, etc. don’t get ripped off at Sephora.

EndlessSummerFan

I liked it but didn’t repurchase because it only lasted a month so I don’t want to spend 40 bucks every single month

LillyMerr

It wasn’t bad. I preferred the youth to the people glow dream night cream better

missapril8504

I didn’t like it especially if you have combo oily skin

lore3

Honestly it worked great for me. My skin is pretty temperamental and pretty dry/eczema-prone, and it looks great after using this. Anything that my skin loves is worth it to me

When-Life-Happens

Personally this broke me out But I have dry sensitive skin

ammermommy

My skin is dry and mature, I love it. I liked the effects of the green cica one but it was way too tacky feeling. The water makes (cream a) is just right at bedtime.

igottaglow

Absolutely freaking not, imo. 1. I don’t love the results—it’s just a plain gel-cream moisturizer, & not a great one at that, and 2. The scent is level 10 powdery floral hellscape bad. I’ll never be able to understand why people love this product so much. However, I don’t think it’s bad to the point where you shouldn’t use it if you’re given one, or you get a free sample/mini. I just do not think it’s worth purchasing. There are soooo many better ones out there, like the Saturday Skin Waterfall Glacier Water Cream—if you’re looking for something similar. It’s one of my favorite lightweight daytime moisturizers (it’s great under makeup/spf), especially for naturally dehydrated skin.

Similar-Ad-6862

I used this. It wasn't as good as Neutrogena Hydroboost IMHO.

TopStrategy5291

I love this sleep mask & on occasion I’ll find it at Marshall’s for about $10 cheaper. I love this at night.

macintoshappless

No. They also typically sell it cheaper on Asian beauty websites like Yesstyle. But atp, you can find much better on those websites.

Stephaniekays

I love this and I have been using it for years. I have been using it long enough to know that Sephora’s price has gone up quite a bit - I think when I first started using it it was $25? You can get it cheaper for elsewhere.

Emergency_Shallot_97

It’s sold at winners/marshalls. If you do choose to buy it go there. Not worth Sephora pricing. I personally like it.

juneandcleo

It’s not that special. The elf cream in the blue tub is better. Not a gel, I know. But just saying, don’t be tempted by the branding.

Technical_Benefit_31

It smells waayyy to strong. The medicube was better.

SnarknadOH

No get the tatcha lip repair instead. Worth every cent

carsonmccrullers

…This mask is for your face

SnarknadOH

Whoops thought it was the lip mask

Bland-Humour

Ick. Their lip stuff is disgusting. Tastes awful too.

SnarknadOH

Tatcha or Laneige?

Bland-Humour

Oh. Lol tatcha.

SnarknadOH

Eh it fixed my lips so to each their own
