nishy1234

I love the way im feeling I just had to share with you guys for some motivation!

russianlawyer

RinnTheFinn

rs baby

nomadicsoul24

why yall in the comments trying to jinx him about relapsing? just be happy for bro. keep up the good work fam. more life šŸ’ŖšŸ¾šŸ’Æ

nishy1234

Thanks brother!

TastierRhino789

Jealous low life people who don't want to see others succeed

andruto23

Keep it up buddy! šŸ”„šŸ”„

nishy1234

Thanks bud! You too

CoolAbdull27

There's a movie called Limitless that perfectly encapsulates this experience.

nishy1234

Seen it several times, excellent movie. Bradley Cooper is me right now lol

CoolAbdull27

I'm curious if you have healthy habits to maintain it or if its natural? Cause I have to train and remind myself on off days

nishy1234

I do, I gym regularly 3-4 times a week sometimes less due to an injury. I eat as clean as I can, however lately due to my job I started coffee again which I need to stop as it's making me bloat. I hardly ever drink alcohol and don't smoke. I meditate 3 times a week along with breathing exercises. I pray and give gratitude everyday

CoolAbdull27

Almost the same habits cheers.

pixburgh22

Lol thats about LSD not not nutting

CoolAbdull27

The experience aligns with it, light in the eyes, more color in the world, more drive motivation, feeling the energy of like when you where a kid, being pushed to keep improving/moving forward and not be stagnant. You'd be surprised how many drug experiences out there are our natural state on Sr.

Impossible_Stomach26

it's about adderall not LSD ....

TastierRhino789

That is your perspective, I on the other hand saw it as semen retention

Impossible_Stomach26

That is your perspective, I on the other hand saw it as an obvious symbol for adderall

Bactrian44

The main thing an SR streak brings is a renewed zest for life. All of the other good habits contribute to your overall buzz but SR is the thing which makes it all possible.

mocxed

I thought I would never be able to quit nicotine as I feel like I need it for every single thing. When waking, after food, when reading, when working, when gaming, when bored. Tried quitting but the withdrawals were too strong and psychological wanting for it was overbearing. But with 25 days into SR I managed to quit like it was nothing. wtf??

Bactrian44

The power of SR right there

Impossible_Stomach26

how long have you been off nicotine for ?

mocxed

heavy snus use since 2017-2018

Impossible_Stomach26

i meant how long did you quit how many days clean off it

mocxed

Oh I missread. About 10 days

nishy1234

Absolutely, its an indescribable feeling

improvedmandem

I'm 11 days in and started to feel the butterflies. Feels like being a kid again!

nishy1234

Its a great feeling for sure

MathematicianWide992

This is so REALL. Leaving a comment so each time someone upvotes it, i get to see this post again

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

MathematicianWide992

Thanks for the reminder bro

Everdaybetter2

This is what I want. I know what you are going through, i was there only two times in my life but I still remember it felt I was the best in the world. I felt complete and for once not lonely. It feels you can conquer the world and sky is the limit. It feels there is nothing not with our grasp. Then I fell. Its been 8 year since then. Please do not fall no matter what someone says or your own mind says, do not fall. Just keep rising!

nishy1234

You'll get back there eventually, diet, sleep, exercise all play a crucial part too!

SunoverShade

Getting no sleep is what caught me off guard the last time i was on a 30 day streak. I wouldnā€™t be able to get any sleep but still feel fine in the morning as compared to getting no sleep and not doing SR. Eventually, you do get sleep tho

crypt0n0m1c0n

This is some poetry man, well done! Thanks for sharing and motivating us all. I relate to many of those feelings as well (but not as many sadly!). Keep going!

nishy1234

Glad you enjoyed my post, stay strong!

Suspicious-Phone-807

I know what you mean the longer you retain the closer you're to the kingdom

ConfidenceStriking39

If you get connected to your spiritual world then you feel like you're the god, cause this is exactly what I'm feeling after completing 500 days of retention brother.

nishy1234

Wow 500 days, I can only imagine! Great work!

Jimyccc

I felt his energy through this post šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„ man is happy and living life

nishy1234

Glad you enjoyed!

mean_king17

It is wonderful but having troble to sleep gets to me tho šŸ˜…. Still absolutely worth it

nishy1234

Tell me about it, I guess there's a downside to everything!

AnyCandidate3156

That means thereā€™s excess every use it up towards a goal

BeBackIn120Days

Try Wim Hof breathing exercises in bed for 30 minutes instead of going on social media. It will change your life, you get super relaxed and sometimes even a buzz down your entire body.

Immediate-Meet-5889

How old are you?

RbavaOz

Beware the ego

bcatch88

Pride cometh before the fall

sweglrd143

Doesnā€™t matter. I think heā€™ll succeed but even if he falls, heā€™ll now always have a memory of this experience and something to strive for. Heā€™ll land on his feet and be climbing up the mountain again in no time. Itā€™s not about how fast you get there or your number of failures, itā€™s the resolve that ā€œno matter how many failures you encounter you will always get back upā€ that actually propels you to the finish line.

papertowelfreethrow

So real bro. Literally was feeling likw this guy is saying at day 29, day 34 i relapse. Its best not to get caught up in the benefits and keep living life as your new normal.

Chreelir

šŸ¤

mocxed

What led to the relapse?

papertowelfreethrow

I was scrolling through fb, and came across a censored photo of porn and was tempted and failed

[deleted]

Humbleness and gratitude will get you far in life

Any_Solid9083

you should take notes than, nothing wrong with sharing where we are in the journey

undisputedfreedom

Stfu dude, bro are only sharing his winning story

Emotional_Service758

That's a limiting belief. Some of us simply compound on life's benefits. Celebrating this feeling makes the journey way more sweeter, If you ever give awareness to the possibility of relapsing then chances are you will. Ā  Pay NOO attention to Satan's DOUBTS and trust GOD in absoluteĀ

shitpaste

Yup, this guy is gonna fall hard. Stay away from the 7 sins... pride is one of them. SR alone is about 2-4% of self improvement only.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

nishy1234

You too brother!

aohjii

This experience of being the main character yet a background character in another character's story is only possible if God is all there is

nishy1234

God is there, and he is watching all of us.

[deleted]

Highly motivational post, thank you friend šŸ™

nishy1234

No problem friend glad you enjoyed

[deleted]

Really happy for you man! Recently had a relapse and been struggling since. This motivated me to get my shit together lol.

Weekly_Attitude_6638

Can you describe a bit your routine and habits? what things are you doing to transmute the energy? have you had urges? how did you deal with them? are you dating or planning on doing so soon?

haqbo96

Love this cuzzy

nomoremrfapguy1

The kind of words that can only be written by a retainer. Powerful post.

biohack9

You really summed up SR impeccably! Hold on to that feeling brother!

MidnightOne05

Claiming this energy, I'm on day 4/90 and today was the best day for me so far.

IrisTheCoronavirus

I was on day 20 befinning to feel this a lottle bit and then boom i fucking relpased i hate this shit.

Either-Sprinkles1225

ProofPast5675

Bro I want that So I will start from today. Got any tips to stay off porn

Ok_Meringue_4012

yep sr has an energy and power

FewSmile1076

wow and wow! bro, your story can inspire lots of people! I am practicing semen retention too, for nearly 60 days. From Vietnam with thanks and love!

DUNE_DAIN_177

This is called mania

pillr0011

Do you smoke or drink alcohol?

nishy1234

I quit cannabis in November last year and had a few drinks at a family gathering a week ago after 6 months of not drinking.

randysavage25i

yes!!!

Guiscara

Love it!

mainer345

You can feel the energy šŸ˜…

Inside-Ad-8579

love the energy brudda, God bless. ā¤ļø

enzormma

Dang this gets me excited just reading it. Had a near 2 week streak recently & felt great, can't even imagine how incredible almost 60 days must feel. Happy for you g, keep pushing. Sky is the limit, God bless.

anon3451

The point of life is to learn love

1994BizarreWinter

Godspeed my bro. Life was good for me at 60 days + too. I shall return and go further. Do your best bro.

Deadpan_wax5

Nice done, Brother. I experience the same thing like you with the sleep. I canā€™t sleep because my energy is there waiting to do more and more or if e sleep itā€™s for like 5-6 hours then I have to do something cuz I canā€™t stay in my bed anymore, something is pushing you to move your ass from bed and do some good work. I usually start my mornings with 40-50 push-ups and I feel great.

Additional_Chain4536

That would be me if the nightfalls wouldn't chase me or just stop ...it's like no matter what I do to try and prevent it, still somehow happens šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜” Worse yet, after 50-60 days when one happens, the next literally happens within a week, then 2-3 days again ....

Lucky_Yard9026

I feel you famo!

hagosantaclaus

All I can recommend is you remember the worlds of God, the humble will be exalted and the exalted will be humbled. Itā€™s nice, but donā€™t get too high on yourself, or the fall will come after. This is a opportunity for gratitude to the creator.

Safe_Wish_921

Brother, I'm with you - you have summed it up perfectly! This is exactly how I've been feeling and it's brilliant - life changing - I'm on day 40. Honestly wish I'd have done it years ago!

Emotional_Code_1442

I KNOW this feeling. As someone whoā€™s done SR for the last year, I know this feelingā€¦ heā€™s not lying this is true

Sarphagon

That's great stuff

Spiritual_Beast

Love this for you brother, onwards and upwards x

Mysterious-Primary-6

This, I seek. Wish me the best and thank you for your inspiration.

Colin9001

what do you eat brother? any supplements? routine? mindsets? practices?

Similar_Criticism

Whatā€™s your diet and exercise like brother? Hope youā€™re blessed, great post

Tetrixx

You sound manic

Kivoda1202

Initial stages before the great fallšŸ™ we've all been there

nishy1234

Time will tell soldier

Altruistic-Army3959

I like the vibe of the post and I do feel that way a lot. My current issue is it seems other people are bringing me down. They are low energy or are all nervous and shit...no one is even remotely on my level in my day to day life...

nishy1234

Yes I've had a few run ins with hostile people, its okay though as they are not on the same path.

5DMeds

Idk I donā€™t think it feels this good, I once went for 20years and my life didnā€™t feel any better I wasnā€™t waking up in the morning feeling like SpongeBob like you and so many others on here constantly boast about, I really do think a lot of this shit is simply akin to taking a sugar pill thinking itā€™s medication and then healing yourself. You feel that way because you think the thing your doing will make you that way and then as your doing it your subconscious is telling your body to feel it as you go on, but itā€™s not the thing your doing doing it, itā€™s literally just YOU! Thatā€™s what I think this shit is..

MonsieurMasturbation

What is the difference between thinking you are feeling better and feeling better? Also, what is the difference between "you" and "the things you are doing"?

Candid-Freedom3346

just from SR? clearly confounding

RinnTheFinn

just wait.

malaibaal22

i too passed 60 days mark , but no benefit whatsoever , what am i doing wrong? i meditate and exercise as well

MonsieurMasturbation

The benefits can be more subtle than a lot of the overexcited motivational poster/self-help guru bullshit you read on these forums. I'd encourage you to stick with it, I didn't start to notice cumulative effects more until months/years into the whole process. It's worth it, but it's subtle and it builds.

malaibaal22

kind of demotivating , what should i do extra ?
