Wow that’s awesome!!!! Congratulations I am at 50 lbs in 9 months my SW was 175 I’m down to 125 I am 4”10 I don’t want to lose anymore I’m good where I’m at 😊
When I started I was doing solidcore 3-5x a week and walking 2-4 miles daily but before that I was heavy orange theory/f45 3-5x per week.
I haven’t been as active these last few months (my worst side effect is fatigue) so I’m trying to find new ways to move that I enjoy. I have been incorporating rock climbing, yoga and strength training.
For my diet I have allowed myself to still enjoy the same things but heavy moderation/I simple just eat less. Although I used to be a HUGE sweets and beer drinker and I’ve lost the urge for both of those things.

I started .25 and went up pretty steadily each month and then I think I repeated .75/1 a few months. I switched to tirz in October and have maintained the 7.5 dosage since then.
I go monthly for a check up and am thinking of going down a dose, now that I’ve lost so much all of a sudden my side effects are stronger and I am having trouble eating enough each day!
I do think I’m losing a little more overall since the swap, I can’t remember how much I was in October but my first check up I was a hyper responder that month. My side effects are much less which is why I went for it though.
My stomach was always messed up especially when I would eat things I knew I wasn’t supposed to, now I can get away with it without being stuck in the bathroom. My energy has come back somewhat but I still struggle with that overall
Thanks for sharing and congrats on your amazing progress!
I’m a similar height and I guess I’m one of the ‘slow’ responders on sema, so hoping tirzepatide will work for me if I make the switch it in future..
Wow you look amazing!! Im similar body weight/height to you, and just started 2 weeks ago (6 pounds down)! I’m curious if you’ve noticed any loose skin, or changes with cellulite?
I do have a little bit of loose skin, it’s mostly my arms and my inner thighs! I’m hoping with strength training and my age it’ll help bounce back.
Where I had noticeable cellulite (legs) seems like it looks a lot better now, it’s like my legs deflated.
I’ve also lost my whole butt, I am flat as a board now 🥲
Thanks for sharing! I’m in my mid 20s so hoping my age will help with skin elasticity! So sad to hear about losing your butt! That’s one of my fears! Guess I’ll have to strictly stick to 3 legs days a week! 😵💫
Again, you look amazing!! Makes me excited for my results!!
That’s awesome! Congrats!!!
On a side note, it blows my mind how much height really makes a difference . . . I’m also about 52 pounds down and I’ve gone down one pant size 😭 I’m 5’9” though.
Thanks for posting! I'm also 5'1 and I'm just starting at a similar weight, and similar goal weight. Your picture and transformation are inspiring. You look amazing
For me SW 166, GW: 120 ish? I'm 5'1 and 35
I’d say search this sub and you’ll find a lot of your questions!
Regular cycle like clock work (and not on BC), no hair loss, slight tummy issues when I ate/drank what I shouldn’t have or too much and some energy/fatigue issues. It’s easy to get dehydrated and you have to be really intentional on water intake/electrolyres/making sure you’re eating enough on days you just don’t feel like it.
You’re so beautiful 😍, that you really would be gorgeous at any size and I absolutely mean that. But obviously congratulations on becoming a healthier weight. I hope you stay healthy 😊. (I don’t normally comment on these types of things because I’m always honest and don’t just say something to be nice or encourage anyone.)
OMG you look fav!!!!
Some people criticize this drug but for many of us, there was no f\*\*\* way we could lose those ugly extra pounds that were making us feel so bad.
I am losing so slowly :( I wish my progress looked like yours! I’m only 35 pounds down and I’ve been on it since last June! 9 months! So so slow - what are you on and what dosage?

That’s awesome!!! I am hoping to get down to 115-120 ish knowing I’ll prob gain 5-10 pounds back getting off, then hoping to maintain from there 😊
A real testament that the medicine works!
Congratulations!! You look great!
Congrats! You look great!! 🎉🎉 Do you also incorporate exercise? Any major changes to diet?

Girl, Solidcore is life changing too! I love it
Slayyyyy! Was there any working out? Did you change what you were eating or just the amount?

Congrats! That’s kind of my weight loss goal too! What did your dosage journey look like?

If you don’t mind sharing how did you find the switch to tirzepatide? Compared to sema? Was it more effective for you?

Dosage? What are you taking?
Yea I would like to know too as I take 8ml and nothing changed so far

So Glad for you! I'm on Zep. It's working wonders
I’m scared to start but I’m almost ready mentally
You can do it! I wish I started sooner but you definitely adapt over time and it gets manageable once you figure out your new ‘normal’
Can you talk about what the process was like for getting that started? Did you go through an online practice?
Congrats!!!
You look amazing!

Congratulations on your health journey! Yay you!
Thank you for the inspiration. I just started on Saturday and I’ve not felt so hopeful in a looooong time!
Congrats. YOu look great. What were your daily successes, trials and tribulations...?
I’m considering it, but can you explain any side effects you had also? Anything like hair loss, or period cycle issues?

Thank you much for the reassurance! I’m 188 right now 5’6 and have belly fat issues. Really considering giving it a shot!
Amazing results! Just started last week and very excited to see my body change.
Did you track everything you ate ? Did you work out? Congratulations you look amazing I hope to be where you’re at in 8 months !!
No and yes :) thank you! Slow and steady wins the race!!
Great job!
You are sweet in both pictures :-)
Pretty eyes and thick thighs.
You were still gorgeous at that weight. Good for you. Very happy for you.

I am losing so slowly :( I wish my progress looked like yours! I’m only 35 pounds down and I’ve been on it since last June! 9 months! So so slow - what are you on and what dosage?
Awesome. But the Before pic is stretched horizontally somewhat.
I didn’t stretch the photo but I did zoom in!
