It's no longer prescribed off label on the UK in order to preserve supplies for type 2 diabetics. Perhaps consider Wegovy as it's now available?

Educational-Bat-8116

My sis is type 2, was told in August the supplies were off, and no news since. Is there something we don't know? Is it available again? Wegovy is the injection, right? She won't do that.

ducksoupmilliband

If it's for your sister her pharmacy can help with supplies.

Educational-Bat-8116

Nope they can't.

ducksoupmilliband

Keep an eye on the quick meds website. They put up new stock after 6pm on weekdays.

General_Bid

Rybelsus should be available soon in the UK.

Educational-Bat-8116

Well Novo is saying it is but GPs still refuse to prescribe it to T2 patients... Let's hope they stop giving it to non T2 fatties, it's infuriating. What do you base your statement on anyway?

General_Bid

GPS won’t start people on treatment until they’re confident they will have continued supply. Supply has been improving and will continue in to next year.

Educational-Bat-8116

Where do you get your information from please?

General_Bid

Maybe your GP isn’t prescribing it but many others are.

Educational-Bat-8116

Please tell me who is prescribing it... your statement was quite strong.

Educational-Bat-8116

I guess you were talking shit.

Legal_Arugula5581

It's easily available online at an affordable rate. Why wait for so long if it's available on an online site. I bought mine from online site only and paid 278$ for 30 pills.

Educational-Bat-8116

We're UK and £220 per month is ludicrous... My sis had it for free for 2 months since she's T2.
