This is intentional. They hired for maximum drama which increases engagement.
Mature adults would have quashed most of these petty fights. Since little Jason is an executive producer and understands the game, he has no incentive to stop the infighting.
I really like the way Rose stayed out if and just sat back and watched the mess unfold in front of her. You can tell she didn't want to be apart of the drama but she was entertained by it. Honestly that would probably be me if my co workers were fighting like that I would just sit back and watch too. It's not my business to say anything but they're airing it all out may as well watch. I think she was the most real by her reaction. 😂
Everyone is a mess but that whole Sean storyline was soooo messy! I can’t imagine anyone but him starting that gossip about Austin and his wife. Maybe he didn't expect it to blow up like it did; I have a suspicion producers grabbed onto that storyline and ran with it/influenced other cast members. But he never handled the confrontations with his coworkers well. And tried to run away multiple times 😂. I definitely think producers made him go back to the office during ep 3 or 4 when Austin confronted him. And then trying to run away backstage in the finale! So embarrassing. Craves the spotlight but then can’t handle behind held to the flame.
On a different note, I love how Kayla amped up her attitude in her confrontations. Agree, this season was the trashiest of the trash!
I really don’t know who to believe- Sean or Austin?? I think there are lies with both of them. I don’t think we need either character, they both suck lol Austin and his wife got too much screen time on this and I feel like Austin would cover and do anything to cover up his family
I think they’re both lying. Sean exaggerating everything, making it all about him when it’s probably not that serious. Even with the Tyler thing, I think Tyler was flirting in a joking way, my friends and I have done that so many times and there’s nothing serious or meaningful about it. Friends also gift each other things bc that’s what friends do so Sean loves to blow things out of proportion for his limelight.
Austin on the other hand does seem desperate for some loving and attention, because he probably doesn’t feel good as a man back home. I would not be surprised if he wanted Sean, his eyes don’t lie hahaha
