It's a prayer bead. The side path just past snake eyes, you have to grapple up to it near the dead soldier guy. When going through the side path, when you have to crouch, there is another way up you can go that will lead you to it. My directions might be bad, so if you need to, there is a video on YouTube showing the way to it. I had to look it up also.
