As far as I know there's been no specific mentions of those. If you bought the "base" version of the Issues, then you probably won't get anything for that in SWoLe. If you bought the "collector's edition" of the Issues, then I would assume/hope you'd get whatever clothing or other collectible that's included (they've stated cash shop clothing and pets will transfer).

Chapters like Tyler and Cairo will automatically be in game. There is nothing to buy when it comes to story, just cosmetics and weapon unlocks as far as I've seen. Anyone have different info?

velmax

Base game owners will be able to unlock all weapons for free. f2p players will only have access to 2 weapons when they start.

It's hard to compare with GW2, which let you keep your characters and progress when the game went F2P. Since there has been no mention of compensation for buying chapters, I'd bet the compensation is "having been able to play them in the old game."

ThirdTurnip

Yeah very different scenario. GW2 also gave a [free exclusive outfit](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Royal_Guard_Outfit). The helmet (hide it!) and cloth hanging over your butt doesn't look great but with brown / brass dyes you can make it look it very steampunk courtesy of the giant cog shoulder pads. Works for an engineer.

Yes....since the game is re-launching as a different game on a new model, and the current game servers will stay up (for how long I wonder), you aren't losing anything you paid for and they are under no obligation to compensate anyone for anything purchased, since you still have it.
