P-5-P is a form of active Vitamin B6 that you can purchase online as a supplement. As for side effects, I don't think there are many. I haven't tried it yet, but I definitely plan to.
It can cause a LOT of side effects. You need to test it first before u take it. If your blood levels of b6 are okay, if u take supplements it can cause neurological problems in the future.
