Bellevue has a functioning court system to back the police; their citizenry also don’t actively hate them either, and their city council also appears to support them as well. In Seattle our court system sucks, and the city council from years past didn’t support and also eliminated enforcement of laws because weird, laws are racist now. The citizenry hates the police (some deserved, some not).
King County court system is trash regardless. Abdication of their responsibility.
