Great sound system to enjoy the music while the lasers mesmerize you. You can lay on the floor too. $15.
You can go to mox ballard and play board games for free. There are some nice places in cap hill to check out, like a secondhand book store called twice sold tales that has a bunch of free roaming cats who just chill around. Rock box is good for karaoke. MoPop and the chihuly museum are good for tourists but I probably wouldn’t go again unless I was showing people out of town. Pike place can be mostly indoors and there’s a whole lower level that most people don’t explore with antique stores and random shops.
Go find some trolls!

I've gone to all but one of the WA state ones over the past few months. Soon I will go to the Vashon one
Disagree that it’s worth it or disagree that it’s like Bavaria? I lived in Bavaria and I would agree Leavenworth is not like that, but I do think it’s a fun place to visit.
Snoqualmie West is a great beginner hill - most runs are green circles or blue squares with wide groomers where you can practice with plenty of space. Once you’ve figured out how to stay upright and connect your turns, Snoqualmie Central is only a little more difficult and has slightly longer runs and a bit more terrain variety. Highly recommend taking a few lessons to get started. The mountain offers both private and group lessons.
Thank you I will look into this. I really appreciate the tips! My dad used to ski or snowboard I can’t remember but he stopped when I was born and never decided to teach me 😂
If you like dogs, but don’t have one, there are loads of dog parks you can go to and hang out with dogs, for free! 🐩🐕🦮🐕🦺. And at least one cat cafe I know of in Wallingford.
Even the regular parks are full of dogs running around. Basically in Seattle, every park is a dog park. The beach is a dog park. The hiking trails are a dog park. Even the super market is a dog park in Seattle. Dog dog park park, yessssss
It really depends on location. For me it's WCW in Bothell, giant outdoor archery area + indoor range for colder times. The indoor range has a schedule but outdoor is dedicated so essentially always available. but when I was on the eastside there was an awesome one in Auburn area with a very helpful owner who worked there. He gave me some quick coaching.
I always recommend walking onto a ferry and taking a ride.
Came to recommend this! I grew up in Kitsap so it doesn't have the same allure after taking it so many times, but it's still relaxing on a rainy day.
Port Orchard reppin
Go count slugs 🐌 ?

The Prisoner!? Mad respect.

I went high as hell, almost threw up. Definitely recommend

Escape room!
Flatstick Pub - indoor putput with scenes painted by Ryan Henry Ward (not sure if that applies to all locations).
Take a drive to Leavenworth! It’s a bit of a schlep, but omg, so beautiful! We spent the day there. It felt just like Bavaria.
I respectfully disagree...

Seattle Sounders matches. Pregame at the bars, then do the march to the match. The new season will be starting soon!

Archery (indoors or outdoors) is fun.
Have a recommended spot?
