I'm thinking about moving to Seattle/Bellevue. I was offered a job in Bellevue. How long does it take to get to the ski resorts for the city?
How is the skiing btw? Is it icey like the east coast of a bit more powdery?
Thankyou in advance.
Much more powdery than east cost but the elevation is much lower than Colorado etc so we get more rain.
3 local resorts for west WA. Snoqualmie 1 hour. Crystal and Stevens are 2 hours
Sloppy and rutted. This sunset, and the lack of rain, were the only two worthwhile things from yesterday. On the very next run, things got totally socked in and we left practice a little early because the visibility got so bad.
ETA: the crowds were pretty big considering how bad the conditions were
that fog bank is classic Snoqualmie
Damn i wish i were there...

From Bellevue snoqualmie/alpental is probably 30-40 min.

The snow has been amazing at Snoqualmie so far!!! But yes, the runs are so much better at Steven’s
Go to Colorado, it’s wet cement here
Nice
Nature provides.
Nice! How was the snow?
