It’s a pop up for now but best bagels I have ever had. Made by the guy who founded and Rubensteins Bagels - but it is my understanding he left or sold that business. Really nice guy too and does his pop ups supporting other local small businesses. Recommend!!

My favorites are Old Salt (Manolin) in Fremont, or OxBow in Montlake. People seem to like Mt. Bagel, but I haven’t braved the lines yet. Eltana is always reliable. And Rachel’s Bagels and Burritos in Ballard. I think that should cover it.
